Shop policies

Last updated on March 14, 2011
Hello and welcome to my shop policies. Please read on if you are interested in purchasing something from my store or if you have any questions.

It's important to me to provide you with a pleasant and stress free shopping experience so if you have any further questions or suggestions please contact me via etsy or at sarah.j.moonATgmailDOTcom (replacing the 'at' and 'dot' with appropriate symbols).

All prices are in US dollars as etsy doesn't yet provide other currencies. I live in London and all items will be sent from the UK.

Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with Visa
  • Pay with Master Card
  • Pay with American Express
  • Pay with Discover
  • Pay with PayPal
  • Check
I currently only take payments via paypal or personal cheque. However if you aren't able to pay by these methods please send me an email and I will try to arrange an alternative with you.

If you need to cancel an order please email me via the address below.
I send my items by Royal Mail in the UK (2-3 working days) and airmail elsewhere (more like 3-5 working days).

Unfortunately I can't take responsibility for any customs fees that may be incurred on international orders.

I try to send items out within one or two days of a purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
I try to represent all of my items accurately in the photos and descriptions on my shop page but if for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact me.

All requests for refunds or exchanges will be dealt with on a case by case basis - in most cases I am more than happy to help or work something out!
Additional policies and FAQs
Please email me at sarah.j.moonATgmailDOTcom (replacing the 'at' and 'dot' with appropriate symbols) if there's anything else you'd like to know or if I can help in any other way.

Thank you!
