As all my products are made to order and I tend to get to work straight away, all sales are final. In the event of any issues, please contact me ASAP so I can keep you a happy customer.

While I do my best to make sure your package reaches you safely, I can't be held accountable for loss or damage once the package leaves my hands.

All products within the UK are sent via Royal Mail 1st class post. If you require a tracked service or Special Delivery, please let me know and we can sort this out for you at an extra cost. Original paintings are all sent via Tracked and Signed.

International deliveries are sent via Royal Mail international delivery. Extra charges may apply for customs handling and are payable by you, the customer.

I will ship to the exact address you provide through Etsy. Please make sure this is correct as non-delivery due to incorrect address is the responsibility of the customer. No one likes lost post!

If you'd like an extra special gift for that extra special someone why not get them something entirely unique? I take custom orders for original drawings and paintings.
