Payment
I accept most terms of payment that Etsy allows. I don't ship purchases outside the US as of yet, so any purchases from outside the US will be refunded.
Shipping
I use First Class USPS and Priority depending on the order; I always buy delivery confirmation and will let you know the number. If there's a problem with your shipment, contact me and we can work together to reach a solution that will make you happy.

Let me know if you're shipping a gift! I'll wrap it in pretty tissue before mailing.


Please note: My local post office does not allow for Scan Forms, which means I get to drop all packages off on a counter there and they all get scanned whenever they have time. Sometimes that's same day, sometimes it's the next day, and sometimes it's not at all, I've noticed, after looking at the tracking on every package sent since Jan 4th. What does this mean? If you have questions about your package arriving, please wait a few days before starting to worry; the max I've seen is 5 days and skipping point of origin scanning completely.
Refunds and Exchanges
No refunds after 24 hours from purchase; if I am unable to complete your purchase, I will send you a convo and a refund ASAP.

I don't accept returns, so in the event of damage, take photos of the packaging and product immediately, and convo me. If you do not want a replacement and the product is damaged beyond use, you will be offered a refund minus Etsy fees (currently $.20 + 3.5% of the final sale) and minus shipping.

Sizing is not custom; every listing has an individual size. I do not offer all listings in all sizes/product types. Thanks for your cooperation!

I only ship certain days of the week. If you would like to cancel, you will have 24 hours after purchase. After that, the product will be shipped and no cancellations will be allowed.

If the product does not meet your expectations, convo me! I hate to hear that anything isn't what you're expecting, but it's par for the course - art is subjective. So let's talk about it and see if we can find a reasonable resolution depending on the issue.
