Custom and personalized orders
I would love to make a custom/personalized animal for you! Please note that orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled.
Sizing details
Please see individual listings for the size specifications of each animal.
Care instructions
Spot cleaning recommended. Hand-wash and air-dry if needed. If washed, your animal may need to be re-shaped with your hands to reflect its original condition.
After a long journey in the mail, if your animal arrives a bit squished, you can easily re-shape it with your hands.
Keep away from pets and sharp objects. Sarah's Little Zoo animals are durable, however if they are handled too roughly they could become damaged. Please contact me with any questions or concerns.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All orders include a hand-written note. If you would like this note personalized with a gift message, please let me know.
Gift wrapping can be included for an additional fee. Gifts are wrapped in white Kraft paper with a yarn bow and optional personalized name tag.
All animals are safely wrapped in tissue paper and are shipped in poly mailer bags.
