Welcome to Sarah Snider Design - my little corner of Etsy. Here you will find beautiful ceramics handpainted by yours truly. Each of my designs is a one-of-a-kind work of art that can never be exactly replicated, and that's half the fun! Please take a moment to browse what's in the shop, but remember that new things are added as I complete them, so check back often. Also, I am absolutely a fan of custom work, so if you have something in mind that you would like me to paint, just send me a convo!

Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with Master Card
  • Pay with American Express

I try my absolute best to ship in stock items within 72 hours of order placement. However, I am a one-woman operation, so sometimes life gets in the way! If something unexpected does arise, I will contact you, the customer, ASAP to get things ironed out. Please note that I do take breaks from my shop around major holidays - announcements delineating specific times the shop is closed will be on my main shop profile page!
Refunds and Exchanges
I want all my customers to be happy with their purchases, and I know how challenging and daunting it can be to buy a unique piece of artwork online. Therefore, any piece may be returned to me for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, return shipping not included. Items must be returned in unused, new condition to be eligible for return.

A note on food safety:
The paints that I use are absolutely non-toxic, and are baked onto the ceramic surface to ensure longevity. However, they are NOT regulated by the FDA, and are therefore not rated as "food-safe." To my knowledge, there are no paints sold in the United States that can be cured in a home oven that are technically "food-safe," despite how some sellers choose to market their products.

Although I would (and have) eaten the occasional baked good off of one of my creations, I will not market them as such - to do so is, in my eyes, doing my customer a disservice. That said, if you do choose to eat off of my platters, I promise not to tell anyone ;)

Please note that this lack of food safety only affects my opaque platters and plates. My clear pieces are painted on the underside (and therefore food can be safely placed on top), and my mugs and glasses are painted on the exterior, where food would never touch :)
