PAYMENT: Paypal is the only form of online payment as this is safest for both cutekawaii and yourself.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PAYPAL: don’t worry. A Paypal money request can be sent to your email address, and this means you can use a bank/debit/credit card to pay instead, just like you would on any other online shopping site.

BEFORE CUSTOM ITEMS ARE MADE: a full payment is taken. This is a precaution taken by cutekawaii because of past experiences. Please make sure all of your information (address and necessary case information) is correct. Inaccurate postal addresses and phone case information could result in your order being wrong, so before finalising your payment please make sure you check this information as this is down to you and will be your responsibility.

If you require a tracking number, please request one before a full payment is made.
Pre Made Orders
Pre made items are products that're already created and ready to post. They do not have to be custom made.

UK POSTAGE FOR PRE- MADE ITEMS: your item will be posted out within 7 days of purchasing. Customers should please allow and extra 1 - 3 days for the item to arrive through the Royal Mail.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE FOR PRE-MADE ITEMS: your item will be posted out within 7 days of purchasing. Customers should please allow an extra 4 weeks for the item to arrive via the Royal Mail and your local mail service. CUSTOMS CHARGES OR TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.

Custom Orders
If the product you order is a custom item which cutekawaii needs to make from scratch (i.e - any design from this website), please allow time for your requested casing to arrive in stock, and the production process time, before it being posted out. When your payment clears, your casing is ordered. If your case is coming from overseas, and could take a few weeks to arrive, you will be informed so you know an estimated arrival date. Once your case has arrived in stock it will be MADE within 3 weeks, and then POSTED out to you via Royal Mail 1st Class.

UK POSTAGE FOR CUSTOM ITEMS: Customers will see their package within 3 days of postage.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE FOR CUSTOM ITEMS: Customers will see their package within 4 weeks of postage. (Normally between 10 and 14 days). CUSTOMS CHARGES OR TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.

Proof of Postage
PROOF OF POSTAGE is always obtained, so cutekawaii cannot be held responsible for the loss of a package once it has been passed to Royal Mail. If your parcel is lost in transit, cutekawaii will look into the issue by submitting a Claims Form (after 4 weeks from the postage date) to Royal Mail. Depending on the outcome, cutekawaii would receive compensation for your parcel and could then refund you / re-make the order. Under no circumstances will refunds be given for loss of packages if Proof of Postage is obtained.

Quality of Items
As the items are handmade, the quality of the case may not be to "shop" standards as they have not been mass produced. Each deco item and rhinestone is stuck on piece by piece, so you need to be very careful with the case/product as it will not withstand being thrown about or put into tight pockets/bags as this will snag the rhinestones and deco and THEY WILL come off. A care sheet is provided with each phone case order, so be sure to read this. If you feel you have been very careful with your case/product, yet a lot of gems have come off, or some damage has been caused, cutekawaii will offer to replace the gems/items but the postage will need to be paid by yourself to initially return the case for repairs.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final, but I do my best to help anyone out after the purchase has been made. Refunds will not be given, but I will make repairs on items which may have become faulty in the post due to mishandling. I will also make repairs to items, eg. phonecases... if a couple of gems come off.

Errors in Your Order
cutekawaii will not be responsible for incorrect details being given, as this will be your fault. Please make sure that the phone case information provided is correct. If you are not 100% sure, provide a picture of your phone, or its’ case, so that the correct case can be purchased and customised for you. The correct case needs to be purchased so that the cut out holes match up with the buttons on your phone, and so they are still accessible with the case on. cutekawaii will make exceptions in certain cases, like if the case does not fit your phone and this is due to cutekawaii's error.

Small pieces may be hazardous to young children if they become unattached from the phone case, and cutekawaii will not be held responsible for the mistreatment of small items provided with your order. Decorative phone cases are NOT A TOY and should be kept away from young children, as deco items coming loose due to mishandling could pose as a choking hazard.
