I am in the UK on the south coast, I post regularly and as soon as possible.

All the items in this shop are my own original work. I retain copyright on all of my work and the images, buying my work does not transfer the copyright to the buyer. Please do not use copyright images without permission. Thank you!

Please make any payment via Paypal. If you have any problems at all with payment, please get in touch.

If you are having any trouble with completing your order, again please let me know and I will do my best to help !
I send all items out well packaged and will send you notification to let you know that the item has been posted. I post out within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. I do not include insurance in the postage/shipping price. If you do require insurance please get in touch before buying, and I can send you a correct invoice. If an item does not arrive within 21 days of purchase please let me know. Please be aware you may have to pay customs taxes applicable within your country.
Refunds and Exchanges
I try to make the photos and description as clear as possible, but if you are at all unhappy with anything please get in touch as soon as possible after you receive your parcel, and I will send a full refund once the item has been returned undamaged. Postage back would be your responsibility. On my website shop I have had this same policy and in all 10 years no one has ever had need to use it.

If an item has become damaged in the post then you may be able to make a claim with the postal service.
Additional policies and FAQs
I wait for the buyer to leave feedback before I do.Because sometimes you may not wish others to know what you have bought or the item might be a gift! When I see feedback I then know that you have received the item, and I will then in return leave feedback.

Please do not leave neutral or negative feedback without first getting in touch with me so that I can hopefully sort out any problems.
