Payment may be made via Paypal or Etsy Direct. All Illinois sales are subject to 10.25% sales tax. Items will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

My standard free shipping within the United States is done via USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation. This shipping method can take 2-10 days. If you would like alternate service, please contact me via conversations before you complete your order and I will quickly quote you. UPS is my preferred alternate.

I welcome exchanges if you are not happy with your jewelry. Please contact me via conversations within 14 days of receipt to arrange the exchange. I have a larger inventory than what is listed on Etsy and I am confident that we can find a replacement for you. The buyer will assume the shipping costs for the exchange and must have it completed within 30 days of the date of the sale.

Please note that custom orders and rings requested in a size 8.5 or larger are considered final sales and may not be exchanged.

Please allow up to two weeks for delivery with the free shipping option. Most necklaces are made 17" in length unless otherwise noted. If you would like a different length, please specify that in your order. In most cases, I will go up to 19" with no additional charge. Any chain longer than 19" will require an additional fee. I am happy to quote this before you complete your sale.
For ring orders, please specify your preferred ring size and ensure that it is correct. RINGS CAN NOT BE RESIZED. Rings requested in a size 8.5 or larger may not be exchanged.
All of my jewelry is hand made by me in my Chicago, IL studio. If something breaks shortly after you have purchased it and it is not due to wear & tear I am happy to fix it or replace it at no charge. I want you to love your purchase!
