If you wish to return at item, please contact me within 4 days of receiving the item. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Items must be returned in the condition they were received in order to receive a refund. I want you to be happy with your order - please contact me if you are unhappy in any way.

Custom orders are not returnable.

I accept both PayPal and credit card payments through PayPal. Payment is due immediately via PayPal in order to complete your purchase.

All orders are handmade to order with care and are shipped out within 7-14 days from the purchase date. Most orders will be mailed sooner than this, but we're a very small operation and sometimes things take a bit longer. Please let me know if you'll need your item sooner. Shipment time for custom items may vary.

DOMESTIC
I ship all items through either First Class or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Orders are expected to arrive at your door within 7 business days from the date of mailing. Expedited shipping and insurance will be accommodated by request.

INTERNATIONAL
Items will be shipped by First Class International Mail. Your order may take up to 6 weeks to arrive, depending on your location. Because of this, no refunds or replacements will be made until 6 weeks of nondelivery from the date of shipment. All customs charges and duties are the buyer's responsibility. Expedited shipping and insurance will be accommodated by request.
