Returns and exchanges
If you have received a damaged item, then I will only accept a refund or exchange if you are able to obtain and send photographic evidence and the return of the item to me within a 15 days of your purchase date.

If you would like any purchased item to be repaired at anytime once it is in your care then please send me an email along with the details of the state of your item and I will get back to you with a reasonable quote for repair.
Payment is due at the time of purchase. Custom orders require a deposit or payment in full. I am unable to hold pieces without a deposit contract that has been agreed upon by both parties.
For made-to-order items, please allow for 2-3 weeks for me to make your item and ship it to you. As soon as your item is made I will ship it to you within a week and I will send you a confirmation email so you know when to expect it.

For pre-made items, I will send them out within a week from when your sent payment has cleared.

All items will be sent by USPS or UPS. This means you will be able to track your order. This service is reflected in the price of the postage.
