Shop policies

Hello! Welcome to my shop.

Most of my pieces are one-of-a-kind, partly because I usually do not feel inclined to repeat a design, but mostly because my materials are found at flea markets, thrift stores, or yard sales and could not be duplicated if I tried. If it is a design that I can make again I will most likely note it on the page. Please feel free to contact me about any particular design, if it is possible to make more or change the color, size, etc. (think bridal party) I will do all that I can.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
I am currently accepting PayPal and credit cards for payment. No item will be shipped until payment is cleared.

You may cancel any order within 24 hours at a full refund.
Shipping
Once payment has been cleared, your item will be shipped to you via USPS at the first possible moment. Shipping costs include the container, handling, insurance and delivery confirmation fee. If 3 or more pieces are ordered at the same time, I will SHIP THEM FOR FREE! Just for making my day.

International orders are welcomed! If the USPS will send it, so will I. However, it will come at an additional cost. Please contact me if you have questions regarding shipping to your country.
Refunds and Exchanges
I take great pride in every piece I make, and strive to make it as sturdy as possible without compromising its beauty (I make costumes for live theatre, they are made to last). It will also be packaged with great care and consideration of the sometimes rough but probably well-meaning hands of postal workers. If the unthinkable does happen in transit, please contact me and I will do everything in my power to restore it to its original condition or you will be refunded in full. Any damages after that I will repair, if possible, at the lowest possible cost to you. In the latter case the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Additional policies and FAQs
I do welcome custom orders whenever possible, however I reserve the right to regretfully decline (I will give you a good reason, I promise!). Please don't hesitate to contact me with any requests, suggestions, or feedback.
