Once ordered, items will be shipped from my studio in Colorado via first class USPS mail within 1 to 3 business days. Of course, if you e-mail me to request rush shipping or insurance, I can accommodate you, no problem (the corresponding charges will apply).
I can ship your items within the US via priority mail for an additional fee, and I can also provide insurance on items shipped within the US at an additional charge if you wish...
I cannot provide insurance on orders shipped outside the US. Sorry! (It is too expensive! $18 minimum).

I will happily accept returns up to 2 weeks after you have received the item. Once I receive the returned item, you will be promptly refunded the cost of the beads (without the shipping cost.) Just e-mail me to let me know you have a return. I want you to be totally happy with your beads and your buying experience, so feel free to offer me feedback or place any questions or concerns.

I am not responsible for items lost during shipping. If your item is lost, you will be eligible for store credit for the amount of the lost item. But I cannot refund you for any item lost during shipping.
