I just want to say thank you to Arriel for communicating every step of the way until I got my perfect wedding ring! First USPS took forever to deliver my package. I contacted Arriel with my worries and she contacted USPS and kept updating me with my ring's progress. Then when I finally received it the ring was too small! I had been losing weight for my wedding and lost weight in my hand. Arriel was super helpful and offered to resize my ring. It just arrived today and I have the perfect wedding ring!

Me and my husband are in jewelry business since 2003.
I worked at a jewelry store for over 8 years and my husband has been a jeweler since day one. Later we founded our company and had a retail/ wholesale store for 6 years while he was manufacturing and I was doing the rest. At the same time I was working with several great designers and celebrities in LA, also I had the opportunity to work as a digital consultant for a one of the Hollywood magazines. This is when I realized the impact of the online world...
We have 3 kinds and many fun animals, and our busy schedule at work made it hard for us to make up enough time to spend with family.
With my husband's guidance and my knowledge we started our Etsy store in 2015. Since then we grew in so many ways, also regained our convenience with scheduling things around our family life.

We have a studio in Valencia and a production unit in downtown LA, where we have our amazing team of great people we work with to create jewelry literally from scratch: we design, mold, set and finish all jewelry pieces from A to Z. The great part of it all is that we truly enjoy what we do, our business is our lifestyle and hobby.
Beside all these great things we also feel blessed to have an opportunity to be a small connecting link to your life events by creating your sentimental jewelry pieces (^_^)

A new model that doesn't exist in our store, and we have to design from scratch.

💱 EXCHANGE/ REFUND POLICY

If for any reason you should not be absolutely happy with the jewelry in person, please contact us and ship back within 30 days of delivery for exchange, modification or refund.
Refund for the product will be processed in 10 business days after received.
10 business days refund policy applies also for orders cancelled before shipping.
Custom made designs are not refundable, but can be modified, exchanged or cancelled within 48 hours.
