I only accept Paypal. Payment must be received within 3 days of purchase.
Patterns are sent via email as a PDF. I will send you the PDF within 48 hours of your payment, but typically sooner. **Please keep in mind that I am a student so I am away from the computer for most of the day!** In the instances where I cannot get your pattern to you within 48 hours, IT IS MY POLICY that I send you at least one extra pattern for free, as my apology for the wait! I ALWAYS do this no matter what, to make sure that you are satisfied as a customer. If it has been over 48 hours since your purchase and you have not received your pattern, nudge me via email or an Etsy note and I will send your pattern/s, plus your free pattern ASAP.
I will send the PDF to the email associated with your Etsy, please make sure that the email address in your Etsy profile is correct! If I notice that your Paypal email is different than your Etsy, I will send the pattern to both for good measure. If you use neither, send me a note and let me know where to send it.
If your email provider is anything other than Gmail, Hotmail, AOL, Yahoo, etc., there is a small chance that the PDF file will be too large and will not be delivered. In these cases, I will contact you with a temporary online download link so you can save the PDF.
Finished products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with shipping confirmation within 1-2 business days of payment. Please make sure the address in your Etsy info is correct.
Refunds and Exchanges
I cannot offer refunds for my patterns, but I would be happy to help you through email if you are having difficulty with one!
If you purchase one of my finished dolls, please keep in mind that amigurumi can be great toys but should not be given to young children. They are better suited for older children (6+ years) who will play with them gently. They are by no means indestructible, but I am a very meticulous crocheter and I try to make my dolls as sturdy as possible. In the unlikely event that something does happen, and I am responsible for the damage due to an oversight on my part, I would be more than happy to repair your amigurumi for you. Send your amigurumi back to me within 2 months of your purchase via USPS and I will fix the problem and reimburse you for the shipping.
If you are responsible for accidental damage caused to your amigurumi I will still be happy to fix it for free, but I cannot reimburse you for shipping.
That said, I go to great lengths to make sure my amigurumi are well-built and will last for a long time. I want you to be confident and satisfied with your purchase!

Please feel free to make as many dolls as you'd like from my patterns, for yourself or as gifts for friends, but please do not redistribute or resell my pattern, or sell the finished product for your own profit! Thank you for your understanding.
