Hi there!

Sass & Ginger has been created to share our appreciation of the past, and to brighten peoples lives in new and creative ways. We take pride in the goods we sell here through our shop, and we hope you will love them too!

If you have questions about anything at all, we are happy to help.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
We strive to acquire unique pieces to sell, freshen up, and apply new and creatives ideas to. The hours are long and the effort considerable in bringing this all to the public. That being said please respect our store and our pricing.

We do offer combined shipping costs, and its reflected in our listings.

Paypal is our preferred method of payment.

Any orders which become "pending" for several days will not be shipped until proper payment has gone through.

We will honor reservations placed on items. That being said we can only hold an item for you for a total of 7 days. If after that time, the item has not been purchased. We have the right to remove the reserve and re-open the listing to other ETSY customers willing to buy.
Shipping
Here at Sass & Ginger items will ship within 3-5 days of purchase. We show a lot of hustle here, so on some days your item may even ship sooner!

If an item is "made to order" we will make a note in the listing to allow for more shipping time.

Items are sent parcel post unless other options are more cost effective.
Delivery confirmation is provided for all orders in Canada.

Upgraded shipping is available. Let us know and we will do our upmost to make it work. You the buyer, will be responsible for any additional charges.

All shipping quotes are estimates. If shipping ends up being significantly cheaper than expected, we will refund you the difference. If shipping ends up being more expensive than quoted, we will eat the difference and hope that you shop with us again soon.

*We are not responsible for any delays incurred during customs procedures at the border.

*We reserve the right to change shipping charges on products at any time without notice. (Does not apply to completed orders, or if payment has been received)

*Please note that any orders sent parcel post without signature or insurance will not be refunded, since we have no way to track that you have properly received the item in question.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We gladly ship to our friends around the globe, but prices can vary drastically from place to place. If your interested in something message us and we'll get you a shipping quote for your country. Please be aware that you the buyer will be responsible for all taxes, customs and fees associated with the purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges

CANCELING an order:
If you want to cancel your purchase, please let us know immediately. If the item hasn't shipped yet, we can issue you a full refund.

RETURNING an order:
Due to the uniqueness of our shop all sales are final. We work hard to full photograph and describe our pieces so that your informed with what you are purchasing. Take time prior to buying anything from us any questions you may have, before taking the next step and ordering. We want you to be fully satisfied beforehand with your order!

That being said, we want you to be happy. If you receive something and feel that it was falsely advertised, please message us and we'll do our best to remedy the situation.

MISSING/DAMAGED PACKAGES:
Please let us know if you require insurance. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of uninsured packages.

If there are damages in something that was handcrafted or unique, please contact us and we try our best to remedy the situation. Keep in mind that handmade items are unique and one of a kind. That's what makes them amazing! Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in these types of listing.
