It's important to me that you are happy with your experience with Sasstastic Designs. I am willing to do anything within reason to ensure your satisfaction with your transaction. In the event that you are dissatisfied for some reason, please contact me and I will do what I can to make it right. Each scenario is different and will be treated as such.

With custom work, once approval has been given for a design, refunds will not be provided, unless there is a specific defect with the final product. It is the responsibility of the buyer to thoroughly review the proof for errors before providing approval. Any changes made after the design goes to the printer will incur additional charges that the buyer is responsible for.

All sales for printable invitations provided in PDF or JPEG format are FINAL. Again, please make sure that you thoroughly review the proof before providing approval. In the event the file is corrupt, please contact me, and I will help you determine the issue or get you a working file.

Sasstastic Designs accepts payments via credit cards and PayPal. All transactions must be processed through Etsy's payment system. Checks are not accepted at this time.

Work on custom designs will begin once payment has cleared.

Prints will be sent out via USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise requested. According to the USPS, delivery time is 2-3 days. Sasstastic Designs is not responsible for any delay once the package has been sent.

Due to COVID and issues with USPS deliveries, some orders may be delayed. I will make every effort to get orders shipped as quickly as possible, however sometimes delays may occur.

If you require expedited shipping, please convo me with your needs, and I will provide you with a shipping quote.

International shipping is available, although delivery times and pricing will vary. sasstastic designs assumes no responsibilities for any additional fees for international shipping required by the customer's country are the responsibility of the buyer. Please convo me, and I will be happy to provide you with shipping costs to your country.

Custom design work is done out of my home, and printed professionally on heavy stock, acid-free, archival quality paper.

Total project duration is dependent upon many factors, including speed of payment clearance and approval by the customer. No design will go to print without customer approval. In general, projects are completed in 1-2 weeks, but depending on project volume and approvals, this time can be as long as 3 weeks.

Please let me know if you require a design for a specific date. I will do my best to accommodate you, and will also let you know if any rush/expedited shipping fees apply to a particular job.

Price quotes for custom work is valid for 30 calendar days from the time the quote was provided. After that time, pricing and timing quotes may be subject to change.

By providing photographs to Sasstastic Designs for use in designs, you are certifying that you either have taken the picture yourself or have obtained permission from the person who has, for the specific use in a design on this site. Sasstastic Designs assumes no responsibility for any copyright infringement on your part. Please be responsible and do the right thing.

Please be aware that colors may appear different, depending on your monitor settings. Therefore, colors as printed may not appear the same as they do on your computer screen.

Most of sasstastic design artwork is original, but I often access public domain and free for use resources for my pieces. Some vector art is designed by Freepik.com.
