About

History

I'm blessed to work from my small home on the outskirts of a city western Massachusetts. This has given me the freedom to explore all sorts of old fashioned crafts and skills in my downtime that I would never have discovered before.

In 2011, we were buying an expensive shampoo bars from a New England company. No stores sold the shampoo bars save for the occasional health store, and the cost of the shampoo was prohibitive. Buying the shampoo bars online were expensive too, considering the shipping costs despite cheaper rates on the internet.

Having made soaps and balms in the past, I decided to try making my own version in my home. After a few batches, I perfected my recipe and I haven't looked back at bottled shampoos (or otherwise) since.

In the fall of 2016, after months of trial and error, I came up with a great conditioner that nourishes and hydrates to complement the shampoos and soaps.

Etsy was a great medium for selling the shampoo to people who were looking for healthy alternatives to commercially-produced shampoos and offered start-up funds for an online shop.

I started making all natural shampoo for our household in 2012, after paying too much for all natural soaps elsewhere. We've been using and selling our household goods to family and friends for a long time, but now is your chance to try our product!
