Dogs + Creativity = A Happy Maker

To learn to sew – yep I made a resolution to learn how to sew when I was 46 years old. I wanted to learn to make things like pillowcases and cloth napkins so that is where I started. But as soon as I made my first dog bandanas I was hooked. I mean let’s get real – I like people but I love dogs. :-) And you know what else? I find that dogs love the attention they get when they are wearing a cute bandana, or collar, or clothes. A happy dog + a happy owner + a happy me = the best it can be!

It would sound cool if I told you I had my own production facility and all that but in reality what handmade looks like at my house is a messy spare bedroom. Some days it looks like a fabric store blew up in there!

I think one of the things that sets my bandanas apart from the rest of the over the collar bandanas is that they are double sided so you get two looks for the price of one. When someone buys one of our team bandanas I tell them if their team makes them really mad they can always flip the bandana over. Of course I would never do that to my beloved Crimson Tide!

When I am not sewing or cutting fabric or filling orders you can usually find me throwing the ball for my obsessed corgi, watching college football or trying out a new winery.

I love seeing pictures of your babies in my creations. It brings a big smile to my face. So I will never be a mass producer or have my own production facility because I love offering a handmade product that I can connect with my customers over. So thanks for giving me the chance to do something I love for the little four-legged babies I love!

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you are not entirely satisfied with your item once it arrives please send me a private message within 7 days of receiving package and we can work out which would be better for you, a refund or an exchange.

No refund will be given or exchange will be sent until the original item has been returned to me in it's original condition.

Customer is responsible for all costs incurred in returning items for either a refund or an exchange.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds and exchanges will not be given for lost parcels unless they are returned to me by the postal services in their original condition.

If your item arrives damaged please send me a picture of the packaging and the damage to the item, repairs may be possible depending on the severity of the damage to your item.

For custom items, no refunds are available unless a mistake is made by seller.

Customers’ happiness/satisfaction is our top priority so please message me with any questions or concerns regarding this policy.
Payment
Only payment via PayPal and credit cards through Etsy's Direct Checkout are accepted.

Printed receipts are shipped with product by request only. Please request a receipt in the buyer's notes when ordering.

Sales tax will be based on the shipping location and will be calculated against the total sale price.

If no payment or contact after 7 days of sale, item will be re-listed and sale canceled.
Shipping
Each item is packaged for secure and safe delivery. Once payment is received, product ships within 3-5 business days. Custom orders usually ship within 5-7 business days depending on availability of fabric or other supplies. Please discuss turnaround time on custom orders with me prior to ordering. Please refer to product listing for exact range of when items will be shipped.

All domestic shipments are made through USPS.

We are now shipping internationally. There is honestly not a great way to calculate shipping for every country so I did an average.... if it costs less I will definitely refund you for it. If it costs way more we may have to work something out. We can work together on this :-)

•Any discrepancy between predicted and actual shipping costs over $2.00 will be refunded.

Please make sure your address is correct with Etsy before checking out. I will ship to the address provided by Etsy unless you request another address before shipping.

SassyBlissBoutique is not responsible for packages once they have left my hands. If you'd like insurance or delivery confirmation, please let me know before purchase, and I can add it on for you.

There is a small handling fee involved in the shipping price to cover expenses such as boxes, foam, bubble wrap/tape etc. These are to ensure a safe arrival for your purchase.
