Payment
We only accept paypal and direct check-out at this time. Sorry but no checks or money orders!
Shipping
We ship M-F via USPS. We typically ship within 5-7 business days (business days are M-F) via Priority or First Class mail which takes about 2-7 business days. Please allow a total of 14 business days to recieve your order. If you need your item by a specific date please let me know BEFORE you order and I will let you know how I can help!

So for example if you ordered your item on a Monday it may not ship out until the following Tuesday (7 business days). If there is a holiday within that time frame then that may be extended by a day. Although this is just an example and I try really hard to get items out sooner.

I now offer embroidery/personalization to just about every item for $5.95. Check out my 'Car Seat Accessories' section of my shop for font choices, colors, and more information.

It the item states that it will ship within 48 hours, that is business hours. And if you ordered the item with another item that does not ship within 48 hours, both items will ship together within the 5-7 business day time frame as stated above.

If an item has shipped and you provided the wrong address at check-out, you will be responsible for added shipping charges if the item is returned to me.

I also no longer do custom orders where you would send me fabric to make a cover. I just don't have the time anymore :)
Refunds and Exchanges

Damages & Lost Packages: Thankfully I have only had 2 packages get 'lost' in the 8 years I have been in business. I will handle these on a case by case basis
