if item is lost in transit, an inquiry will be made by sauce farm into its whereabouts and a refund will be issued if necessary. if you are unsatisfied with an item, item may be exchanged with shipping costs paid for by buyer for both old item & new item, or returned for refund with shipping costs paid for by buyer.
