    For the love of animals.

    I have always loved to draw and paint, but it was when I had a young family and no money to decorate my walls with artwork of the artists that I loved. I decided to create my own paintings and because I love animals, and my children had so many animal books that I could used for reference and inspiration, I headed down that path.
    After being successful in decorating my home, friends started asking for paintings, and then friends of friends. I eventually sold at a gallery near my home, but I am quite shy and when I was once visiting Etsy purely by chance, I thought,"selling online!! what a great idea, perfect for me!". I scaled down the size of my paintings, so that shipping would be easier and have had a great time meeting new people. I love it when one of my images connects to someone in a special way.
    I still love the animals and work to make this a more friendly world for them and us, when I can.

    The information on this page should answer a few questions you may have. If not just convo me and ask.
    The only thing I know I can't answer is why your cat always stares at you. That will always be a mystery.

    For fellow Etsians, I am not doing any trades at the moment, thanks. I am also super busy and cannot do any custom portraits.

    Lastly, the colours on your screen may look a little different than the actual item, because monitors vary slightly.

    -If you are not satisfied with your order please let me know as soon as you can and I'll do my best to make you happy, whether that means a refund or exchange or just an adjustment.
    - Please let me know if it has been more than 6 weeks and you haven't recieived your purchase.
    Payment
    -Please pay wih PayPal, or you can use you credit card through Paypal without having a PayPal account.

    -Please pay upon checkout. If I see you have started to purchase something, but not yet paid, I will send you a reminder, just in case you unintentionally forgot that last step. It happens a lot. If I don't hear back within 3 days, I will cancel the sale, but you are free to come back and purchase anytime.

    -I would also like to get paid in puppies, but my hubby says no.
    Shipping
    -Packages are shipped within 24 hours after payment is received.
    -Orders generally arrive within 1-2 weeks but can occasionally take a week or two longer, so be sure to buy well in advance of the date you need it.
    -My shipping prices are not inflated at all (Canada Post is expensive) but if I find that you have paid more than you need to, I will refund you anything over $1 through paypal.
    - If you do need an item in a hurry, I can send it xpresspost if you send me a convo ahead of time. I will send you a Paypal invoice for the additional postage. Xpresspost is usually about $27. and takes about a week. The only faster option is a courier which is about $63 and takes about 2 or 3 days.

    Tracking and Customs:
    -Orders sent by regular air mail do not include tracking. If you would like to upgrade the shipping for your package please convo me before making payment and I will give you a quote.
    -If you live in a country other than Canada, be aware that any taxes, duties or import fees that you may incur from buying outside of your country, are your sole responsibility to pay. You can check different sites online to find out what the limits and charges are for your country. (a handy thing to be aware of so that you are not caught by surprise)
    - Also I do not marked the customs forms as "gift" because it is illegal to do so, and I can incur hefty fines for doing it.

    Packing:
    -My items are well packed, prints in between pieces of cardboard, and other items are boxed or well packed and put in bubble mailers.
