Sales on ready to ship items are final and no refunds will be issued on them. This is due to the fact that what is pictured is exactly what you will be receiving.

Sales on personalized items are final due to the personalization unless there is a mistake that was made on my end (wrong date, misspellings, etc). As stated in the listings, this is done by hand and not by a machine. There can be letters not lined up perfectly, spacing may be slightly off or differences in depth of impression but these are not considered mistakes so there will be no refunds.

Payment is due immediately upon purchase via PayPal and Direct Checkout. Items will only be started once payment as been cleared so please keep that in mind when paying by e-Check. For custom orders payment is due within 3 days. After that point your listing will be cancelled.

If you would like to cancel an order please do so within 24 hours. If done after that point then either a full or partial refund will be issued based on the progress made on your order. If the order has been completed then we reserve the right to complete the sale and ship the item.

US: The default shipping is USPS First class mail. The ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME is 3-5 days. If you need your item faster then select the USPS Priority upgrade which has an ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME of 1-3 days depending on where you live. Please note that these are estimated times put out by the USPS and are not guaranteed by them. The shipping time is not to be confused with our production time.

INTERNATIONAL: The default shipping is USPS First Class Mail International. All packages will be insured. If you would like to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail International please convo us first to determine the cost. Please be advised that we are not responsible for any Duty or Customs fees charged upon your package's entrance to your country. The shipping cost you pay only covers the cost to ship plus insurance. Once your package leaves the US we are unable to track it. We will not label a package as a gift/sample in order for you to avoid having to pay fees. A true description of the package will be added to the custom forms.

Ready to ship items will ship within 1-3 days excluding weekends and holidays. All other items are made to order and therefore have a 1-2 week turnaround time which is based on workload. These times are in addition to shipping time so please keep that in mind when placing your order. Please keep in mind that I work a full time job with odd hours and am a mother of 3 children so that affects the amount of time I am able to work on orders.

I personally drop every package off at the post office. After that point I no longer have control over it. I cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by USPS, especially during the holiday season. I am not responsible for lost or stolen items.

We will only ship to the address you provide to Etsy so be sure you have entered it correctly.
