All payments must be cleared within seventy-two hours from completion of sale.
All payments must be cleared before your treasure is shipped.
We ship within the USA.
If you wish shipping outside the USA please convo us for availability of shipping and shipping costs.
Large,bulky and/or heavy items may ship Parcel Post.
We usually ship within one to three days of cleared payment. Occasionally it may take longer so our shipping notice states three to five days due to Etsy rating policy.
Shipping costs: We insure breakable items thru the Etsy insurance program. Please note the shipping costs on breakable items reflects the insurance.
Combined shipping is often reflected in the "with another item" field. If no combined shipping is noted in the listings and you are purchasing multiple items, convo us for a combined shipping quote.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please convo us if your package arrives damaged. We will make every effort to work things out with you.
Items shipped Priority Mail thru Etsy are insured for up to $100.00. If you wish to insure items, for more that that, please convo us ahead of time and we will create a RESERVE listing for you including the additional insurance.
Again, please review our listings carefully and ask as many questions as you like before you purchase as no other returns are accepted.

It is our goal to ensure your positive shopping experience.
We stock our shop with items we would be proud to have in our homes. Most items are vintage or antique and have wear commensurate with its age.
We do not stock or ship anything that is broken, chipped or cracked. Occasionally china will exhibit crazing. This is often found in older china and is acknowledged among collectors. We will disclose the extent of any crazing. We wash and launder what we sell unless doing so would affect the value. All fabric and linens are laundered. Occasionally linens are listed that have a tear, hole or other flaws. Some vintage and antique linens are still desired and valuable in such condition
Handmade items are by definition not identical. They may vary, in a small degree, from the item photographed. We insure that all handmade items are fabricated with the greatest of care to insure a quality product.
If you are looking for a specific item, patterned item, etc. please contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
We inspect each item again before it is shipped. To protect our planet we recycle packing materials when possible but pack to insure your purchase arrives safely. Anything shipped is in the exact condition as the listing. If an item is not in the same condition as listing, when preparing for shipment , we will contact you offering you a reduced price, altered listing or cancellation of transaction. We insure breakables through the Etsy insurance program.
