This is my living and income. I cannot create without an order to obtain materials and begin spending time on an order. Mass retailers can afford some loss but here you are buying from a one woman company.

If you have a figure you are not finding available for you in stores or elsewhere, you've come to the right place! All bust sizes which is hard to find! I create from AA to O often.

As a fiber artist I love manipulating fibers, melding them into something new and exciting. A recent customer shared with me that waiters in a restaurant said everyone is talking about your dress! That's what it's all about!

While creating a special niche market and clothing label I've also answered various aspects mass produced cannot.

As my designs are not skin tight are therefore, appropriate around children and can be worn for many years along with a bit of weight changes.

Long or short torso, thin or wider arms, From AA to DDDD to G busts all deserve more than trying to fit a mold of some muse in a one size is supposed to fit all world.

I work 75+ hrs per week therefore, cannot discount my work as no one works overtime without pay but I pass what I can on to my customers by buying bolts of neutrals at a time while colors I have to purchase by the yard.

I am ONE person not a factory. I'm also not paid by a company with hourly wages so why I cannot pay for materials, sew all day or longer then take back a custom item like a company could.

WEDDINGS & Maternity, Special Events:
When you order I give you a short checklist of things you'll want to consider before any sizing is discussed. I really put a lot of importance on the special dress of your life!

Normally I ship about 4 weeks in advance not much before. I know how excited you are so I am here to guide you and make sure it's not too early as things WILL change so much along the way. At such a wonderful but stressful time in a woman's life we can gain or lose weight we've never done before, change mind on style, colors, shoe height which affects the length and so much more! It's for your best experience especially as I can't remake it or tweak it later due to issues that arise for you. It can be beyond your control as things normally progress in a wedding due to venue, bridesmaids, flowers, and many aspects. I know this from being involved with many weddings over the years it's not about me wanting to but what I know is coming for you.

It's not your best interest on other opinions but show your Mom, etc before you order. After you receive it will not be best outcome for you. They may try to talk you in to other things while this being custom made was commission just for you and cannot be returned/resold. Many will buy several dresses and send all but one back so know this is not the case. Luckily there are many other events along the way mine can be worn at!

I work in a smoke and pet free studio ~ Not open to the public for my safety.
Creating custom made to fit tattered, dreamy, romantic, old world, frocks and tops for every day and special occasions.

For Best Experience ~ It is your responsibility to READ size, length info and my policies. I cannot make anyone do that and am also not responsible for your failure to do so. Ask questions now before I create your item. I am happy to help!

Please try on with a clean face and neck. Makeup stains will cause the item to be considered "worn" voiding your ability to return for a refund if applicable.

Custom items: This may be a new experience for you! So glad you want to have something made with you and your specifics in mind not mass produced! As I cannot be there to take your specifics and see you in person, be sure to let me know specific information that is not only useful but vital to insure your experience is a good one.
i.e. Long or short torso, large bust (larger than C), tall, short, petite, etc are all important pieces of info I need to create the best fit for you. If these things are not shared with me, I cannot (of course) be responsible for a less than great fit. Convo and we can usually fix it but you'll need to pay minimal charges for postage back to you and alterations. Some of my customers send me a photo! That can be very helpful especially in a group shot and even with children. This gives me a good reference.

Note: Any deviation from purchased item i.e. upgrade, change in design, etc are all subject to longer periods to create and/or charges for additional work. One cannot purchase cotton for example and upgrade to something more expensive like silk of course. Many ask for things like roses and other elements added on so I'll bill you after all is finalized. Many do not ask for a price beforehand and just want to build on it which is fine but will be due before shipment can be made.

If I have made attemps to contact you via size or any missing info, not due to any fault of mine and you wish to cancel the order, you will receive a shop credit only.

Lengths you provide I do everything possible to be within about 1" of stated info you provide to me. Due to tattered, hand cut edges they can fluctuate somewhat but nothing way off many, many inches no worries or I won't ship it I'll remake! 1/2" measurements are not accepted and I will just go to the next inch.

Please rest assured I will contact you when your custom item ships along with tracking info. I have other orders in process so cannot rush something because a date changes without quite a bit of rearranging so please don't ask if it isn't urgent.

If your deadline is a more than a month away, I'll wait until a month before to double check measurements and specifics with you as things change for everyone. Also, don't hesitate to let me know a little more ahead of time than that or be afraid to share info. It happens to everyone and that is why I don't make items months in advance then have to alter but if you ask for that know it won't be included free. Children grow too to it's safer to wait.

Materials non-refundable so cancellations after I've obtained those will be deducted from.

Business hours: Monday thru Friday but I do answer convos each day.
Allow about 7-10 days for me to create items in your custom sizing but I ship priority 2-3 days in the US to get it to you quickly! If any change, add on, etc, in addition to original creation, it will take longer to create.

One of a kind (one off/already made) are ready to ship on my next shipping date - now Tuesdays and Fridays.

My Wonderland Dress was featured in the UK's ALICE MAGAZINE February 2010 issue "Alice's Fantasy"!!! Mine was the only wearable dress featured!

When I measure, I always leave ample room! If I say up to 40" bust then there is at least another inch or two ample room so not a skin tight fit.

Please keep in mind these may be hand sewn, tattered, etc as stated up front. They are not faulty, do not fall apart nor poorly made!

My garments are clean, pet and smoke free.

Anything over 12 convos time will be billable as hourly fee and deducted from deposits or down payments.

Sorry no trades, or free goods for bloggers due to high volume of requests and that is against Etsy's rules to contact anyone regarding that. Thank you.
PHOTOGRAPHERS ~ Due to extremely high volume of requests ~ Please contact me only if you have a Fashion Design Portfolio (weddings and sittings are not comparable nor unprofessional models with arms in the air like in surprise throughout) and I just don't have time to pour thru them so please put the garments shots, runway shows or actual fashion shoots (not sittings and weddings which are focused on faces) together in one place when trying to market yourself in that area. *Remember though contacting on Etsy regarding this is against the rules unless you are buying.

Like any customer, payment is due up front as I do not lend or ship things as my time is limited and most of the few fashions on hand (they're not made up sitting anywhere) and those I do have must remain on hand to be sold, UNWORN and/or shipped right out to magazines, boutiques and Artist Galleries my work is featured in immediately following their appearance on Etsy.

They're not available to borrow (I don't know you after all) and it's not feasible for me to have shot somewhere away from my studio especially in another state as design changes frequently and they'd already be outdated while I await their "hopeful" return some day!

I sell garments which are a lot to ask for only getting images for one dress back and comparable to someone asking to send your camera for 3 months which may or may not be returned and in other that new condition! We all know persperation in hot, humid weather I couldn't possibly resell the garment as my sensitive customers must have unworn and trust that from me.

Also, as your trained eye has noticed, if I have a few items done this way the rest won't sell. This way my items always look better upon receiving them as my photography is sub par I know! lol The few photos I do use are from satisfied customers as their happiness shows through to my demographic and to retain the overall look and continuity of my shop on purpose. What good would 1 dress with professionally shot items do? Incohesive!
BLOGGERS ~ Unless you have a following of 20,000 or more and the same genre and demographic as my style, please do not ask for my participation. I haven't got time left to create free items.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
UK: Custom made goods are not returnable/refundable. Due to EU regulations you have 14 days after receipt of goods to contact me and return said items. You must have the returned package in my hands 14 days after you return it along with tracking information and pay for return postage.

Keep in mind I am a woman who supports herself. I am not paid by a company or a factory so please keep in mind when you ask someone to sew for you. You work and receive payment but they don't ask for it back because they changed their mind or whatever. When you book a spot with your order I am turning other work away to accommodate you. I cannot work for free and others would have paid me so don't book an order if you plan to cancel as I reserved that time for you and you only so also need to be paid. No one ever worked hours of free time for me nor do I ask anyone to.

Therefore, if in any way I do not feel I can do your order or that it is not right for you I will say so and cancel it for your sake and mine. Because I am not about just getting orders as someone is always willing to take your reserved spot. I will not talk you into anything and will advise the best I can with what info I have so read the message to buyer carefully you receive in an email from Etsy when you order and ask and answer questions from it for best experience! Thank you!

IMPORTANT: Please take photos and send in convo as I will need to see issues with garment! You cannot wear and try to return putting onto other customers as I only can resell brand new conditioned items for health sanitary reasons my customers trust.

If return approved, you will need a return authorization number and item(s) must be lint free, hair free, clean and bagged with tags still attached and RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF MY APPROVAL (14 days for EU nations) or no refund will be given. Your vacation or personal issues are not my problem as I must ship within the specified timeframe due to Etsy's policies and receive goods back in the same timely fashion so I can try to resell them in the same season, etc. Paypal gives me only a short period of time in which to refund. Thank you.

After 45 days due to the credit card or Paypal, etc no matter the reason, I can no longer return funds only a shop credit can be given if I've approved that.

Custom made in your size and/or length, Bridal and Formal Wear and Intimate Apparel ~ As normal in the industry Etsy and Paypal protects artisans, items custom (made in your size), one of a kind, or limited therefore commissioned goods for you only, have no refunds. YOU don't want garments someone else had either and due to sanitary reasons, I am very careful on YOUR behalf.

These custom pieces will not work for anyone else so cannot be resold and are commissioned unique pieces created just for you. If ten people expected to do that in one month it would ruin a small business financially.

Please check measurements and have someone else measure you. I Do NOT do alterations for your errors. If you haven't given your size, I will contact you but I must ship within Etsy's timeframes also so they require you to have a valid email on your account as I will try there as well as her on Etsy's message system.

Allow for heels you may wear with the dress too otherwise it'll be too short. Reminders for measurements are repeated throughout my process i.e. in listing you purchase, email from Etsy verifying order, so I urge you to answer correctly and help make this a wonderful experience for yourself.

Didn't bother to give measurements or exact length needed? Will not be returnable as not my error. If you don't care enough to give good info, no one else should have to suffer for it. I'm sure accessorizing with different belts, etc it can be very wearable!

This way my items are always brand new for everyone and not something tried, worn and/or returned by someone else. This protects you! So please convo me with questions when purchasing and measure for a good fit especially length and I'm happy to answer additional questions you may have.

Hats, headbands and all headwear cannot be returned for hygenic reasons and everyone's protection due to not knowing of head lice, etc.

Underwear type items like halters and pants that touch where panties and bras do to the skin are not returnable for hygienic reasons & the safety of all customers.

(If return approved, must be lint free, hair free, clean and bagged with tags still attached and RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF MY APPROVAL or no refund will be given. One time only. So if you exchange for something else that is then final sale and no further returns.

Ready to Wear (excluding garments that touch the body like intimate apparel, underwear, panties, bras and halters and bridal and formal wear) - Notify me within 7 days of receiving and return must be approved by me first to be postmarked within 7 days of receiving also. Packaged in plastic bag to protect from elements and boxed to protect ornamentation or same way you received. Must be in same, unworn condition I sent as in folded carefully as well. If you surpass the 7 days, you may then be allowed a shop credit only.

No RESTOCKING FEE but you would pay for shipping another item in it's place if not my fault so READ all details on listings especially if using a cell phone which cut off some info.

Please contact me if anything is incorrect as I can sometimes make alterations. There will only be a small fee to make changes (if possible) or no change if my fault and shipping back to you but please contact me with questions beforehand or ask after receiving as I want you to be able to wear your lovely item!

If for any reason in workmanship or fit that is not right, due to an error on my part, please contact me as soon as possible or within 7 days of receiving or answer my convos and emails so I can make a garment adjustment but please give me the chance to correct. Of course if incorrect size info is provided to me or vague info like "ginormous needed" or instructed to just ship it in your haste, etc I obviously cannot compare that to anything to best fit you and you are setting yourself up for a less than optimal experience which is out of my control obviously and not something one would blame others for.

If you need to return for size correction or any reason I've approved, it must be sealed in plastic like I sent to protect against the elements and in a box if that is also how you received it from me to protect it's ornamentation.

If not my error, and an exchange/store credit is warranted, I will recoup my shipping (within a dollar) when figuring what is due you as I do have to pay to get it to you to begin with plus Etsy and Paypal fees.

If it was a rush order (custom created in 7 business days or less due to your request (especially if I also had to wait for your payment which took more than 24 hrs and took away from the time I need to create, there is a $20 deduction from any refund/exchange/store credit to begin with (if you did not pay that up front with order) and in all fairness you wouldn't wait for a payment, drop your schedule then work a whole day for free either of course. No one should be expected to drop their schedule and also sew for free and as all customers are important.

If you change your mind, you have 24 hrs to request a partial refund as long as item has not shipped. I do retain 25% (Admin fee) of purchase for my time, efforts, PLUS all costs of materials if I will not be able to resell and Etsy and Paypal fees. Items are not shipped until after this 24 hr period is over.

Change of heart/mind is not acceptable later in transaction after I've prepared fabrics and/or designed, created, or shipped.

If you do not provide size or other information neccessary for creation process and do not answer then request a refund, a 25% administration fee will be deducted and the balance as a store credit only. No refunds due to not my error. My time spent going over fine details and preparing them as well as holding up my schedule is valuable time lost.

Please contact and give me a chance to correct/adjust before leaving feedback in all fairness. If you don't allow me to make things right, I can't be of much help obviously. Anyone whom has ever contacted me has been provided free adjustments if my error. Thank you.

I'm sure by my feedback of many satisfied customers, you can see I am honest and want only the best possible fit for you! They also appreciate that no one else wore the garment then returned it especially with all the health risks now prevalent. Customer safety is my concern as well as maintaining that in my studio with only clean items coming back.
All payments are due at time of ordering.

If upgrades and/or additional work is added after payment, those must also be billed and paid prior to garment being created. Thank you!

Custom made items are not added to my production schedule until payment is received/cleared IN FULL per my bank and all sizing information has been received. I do convo you for that info if you forget to add to order.

Any changes not paid after initial purchase will result in my shipment of original dress with such upgrades per Paypal and Etsy payment rules.
When your item ships you are EMAILED from ETSY with tracking info so watch for that and your package. You are responsible as I am not able to be there so therefore cannot control that or once the package leaves my hands. I send priority in the USA.

USA - I use only USPS mail.

Orders/payments reaching me Friday evening or throughout the weekend, will be processed beginning Monday.

Outside the USA can take weeks and is beyond my control and you are responsible for customs charges in your country.

I also use confirmation shipping in the USA which I can track, verify and prove delivery. If it shows it was delivered, you should check with neighbors, family, etc. I cannot be responsible for shipping to unsecured locations so will be happy to ship elsewhere for you like to your place of work, etc.

Non-custom items I ship USPS first class or priority if I run behind. Please convo me with any questions or requests for other carrier before I ship your order.

One of a kind are ready to ship and ship about 2 days after purchase/payment or my next trip to the post office.

Custom (made for you in your size) - take about a week or less to create but I then usually ship priority (in a box) in the US to reach you 2-3 days after that.

If damaged in transit, contact the delivery company (USPS) to file a claim as they are responsible and will refund you as you'll have the item and packing to show them. This is why I ship all items carefully packaged so the garment and it's ornamentation is protected as much as possible. I will help in any way I can.

Additional policies and FAQs
I reserve the right to cancel a transaction if in the best interest of my shop, designs and work load. Many stressful situations can arise but if I am being badgered, bullied or uncomfortable with demanding people and whom I feel by tone and convos will be unhappy no matter what I do, I will cancel the order. I must maintain a positive and forward workflow for other customers whose time for their garments is being affected because of.

Wedding orders - I do not ship months ahead of wedding due to weight gains or losses (stressful time for many) then being asked to correct as that is not included in pricing. But I do try to ship well in advance (2-3weeks) so you can receive in plenty of time if alteration was necessary. This is for your sake. If you demand your dress, it will not be covered for such issues. Thank you!

International customers are responsible for all customs charges and duties, and any other fees levied upon delivery.

Out of the USA will take longer to receive so please keep that in mind and that is out of my control. Usually two weeks to Canada, UK and AU. Elsewhere can be over a month thus why I removed shipping to elsewhere as I can't be responsible for their postal issues any longer.

OOAK (one of a kind) items cannot be reserved.

If you haven't had custom clothing made for you before, please know they are not mass-produced in the store and being made to fit only you.

Please convo me with any questions and make an informed purchase by reading as I state everything up front.

My studio is private due to insurance and my safety as well as confidential designs in the works for next year and longer as I don't mass produce via patterns. There no dresses to try on as they are custom/clean for customers and shipped right out. Due to limited time I don't have time for visits as I create 12+ hours per day. I'm not a seamstress/alterations person that takes clients.

Sizing details

Ready to ship items in a specific size are in women's USA sizes but if you let me know your size in another country I can let you know if it will work for you.
Custom items: I will need your bra/bust size like 36C type of info or under bust and over bust measurement.
Maternity sizing: Don't wait to order thinking you need to be in your last month or trimester to order. I handle all that. Order to save your spot then when it's nearing your shower or photo shoot I contact you for latest info.

Custom and personalized orders

It's not about how long it takes as that's the least of it after I obtain fabric, etc. It more depends on when you need it, where you are located and if I'm booked up in that time frame or not. Some weeks I have no time if I have a large wedding or many other dresses at the same time. Please ask something like "I'm in Ohio and need this for early August. Could that work?" I answer ASAP. Thanks!

Be sure to ask about care instructions if you are concerned. I'm happy to let you know about that item. Most of my plain garments are machine wash and dry!

Can you rush me an order via UPS or FEDEX?

I ship USPS usually Tuesdays and Thursdays and while it may be possible to rush ASK first. Those who buy then demand me to don't consider we are real people with schedules and unpaid hour travel so I may have to cancel your order as I sew all day. I cannot even offer UPS, FEDEX or other carrier.
