All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS Ground unless otherwise requested.

Before packaging and shipping to you, I take photographs of every decal that I make. I also perform a transfer tape adhesion test by lifting up the transfer tape on the corners to be sure the vinyl lifts off the backing paper. This is done on ALL ORDERS and if I experience issues with the transfer tape, I re-cut and prepare a new decal on new transfer tape to be sure my customers have the best chance at a successful decal application.

SavvyJuju Vinyl Decals come to you with clear transfer tape attached. This tape is used to lift the vinyl off the carrier sheet so it can be applied to your surface. Once in place, you will rub the decal through the transfer tape to ensure the vinyl adheres to your surface. The clear transfer tape is then carefully pulled away.
The transfer tape has a strong enough adhesive to lift the decal up, but not so strong that it won't let go of the vinyl or your surface after application.
Though very rare, there is a chance that the vinyl or the transfer tape can damage your surface. This could happen if the paint on your surface is not fully cured, or old, or already loose. Small test decals are available at no charge (sent in a stamped envelope, no tracking unless otherwise worked out between you an the shop) upon request if you would like to test your surface before purchasing a full decal.

If there are problems with the decal itself (spelling, design, color, etc) that do not match what you ordered, I will absolutely replace your decal free of charge.

If you have questions about decal application, please reach out and I will try to help you the best I can with the process.
If a decal becomes un-usable due to improper application techniques, you're more than welcome to purchase a new decal and try the process again.
I firmly believe I provide a good product and when directions and tutorials are followed, you should be successful with your application!

One change request to a personalized item is free, as long as the change does not drastically alter the original design. The second change request, or a request that does alter the original design may necessitate an incurred fee. Whether or not changes to designs require a fee and fee amounts are at the discretion of the shop owner.
