About Us

I began selling online in 2004, beginning with internet auctions. I started my ecommerce antique business in 2008, and had sold on several online antique malls throughout the years. I carry a wide variety of antiques and collectibles, and here, on my Etsy shop, you will find many wonderful, European and Asian tea cup and saucer sets, dinnerware pieces, high quality porcelain, American and European art glass, and vintage jewelry.

Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Buyer must contact me within 3 days after receipt of item to request a return. Item must be wrapped and packaged well, and returned via the same shipping carrier and service in which we had used to send the item, along with insuring the item. Item must be returned in satisfactory condition. Return shipping fees are to be paid by the buyer.

We charge a 10% restocking fee on returned items. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. A refund will be given on the price of the item only, less the 10% restocking fee.

If your item has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 3 days, and send a clear picture of the damaged item, along with a picture of the packaging.
Payment
We accept the following forms of payments: Credit cards, PayPal, and US Postal money order or personal checks from US residents. Payments by check or money order must clear our bank before the item is shipped; please allow 10-15 business days for clearance.

Florida Residents: 7.5% sales tax collected.
Shipping
USA: We ship via USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail, Retail Ground, or Media Mail. On occasion, we also ship via UPS Ground or FedEx. Insurance up to $100 is included in Priority Mail, UPS and FedEx.

Upon shipment of your package, we will provide you with a delivery confirmation / tracking number. Some packages will require a signature confirmation.

If your item has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 3 days, and send a clear picture of the damaged item and of the damaged box.
