Make Your Mark with SayaBell Stamps

While pursuing an education in graphic design in 2010, I began a small Etsy shop as a way to gain experience and support my college education by creating logos and digital scrapbooking materials. During one class assignment, we had to create a branding package for ourselves as designers. In my research, I stumbled upon using rubber stamps for business cards and logos and absolutely fell in love with the look.

After turning my own logo into a rubber stamp, I decided that I wanted to be able to design and create rubber stamps for others and started SayaBell Stamps (named after my Shiba Inu) in 2012. Since then, my husband and I have been able to quit our jobs to focus on providing great quality rubber stamps for our customers full time and we couldn’t be happier!

A quality stamped image time after time with even the finest detail is our goal. This is why we only use high quality real rubber. Our rubber stamps have unmatched longevity and an ability to be laser engraved with the highest accuracy possible. We'd love to help you "Make Your Mark".

To help build the prefect stamp for you, we will send you a free digital proof within 24-48 hours after we receive your design or text. Please respond to the proof as soon as possible. If no response is received after 7 days, we will proceed to make the stamp as is.

Our Current Processing Time is 1-3 weeks.

Cancellations may be made only until the proof is approved. Once the proof is approved, the stamp moved into production. If the buyer decides to cancel anyway a 50% refund will be offered.
We keep the right to cancel any order, at any moment if we consider we cannot produce it either by the graphic sent, the design required or the timeline requested.

Our current processing time is between 5-14 business days, prior to shipping

International shipping normally takes 6-14 days but can also take as long as 45 days depending on your nations Customs. If ordering internationally, any taxes, customs, or related VAT fees will be your responsibility at the time of receipt. Refunds and Exchanges
In a perfect world, everything is perfect. Fortunately, we're all human and mistakes can happen.

Please contact us if you are unhappy with your stamp. Your experience is very important to us and we would love an opportunity to work with you.

We want your purchase to be a positive experience but if for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item(s) and we will work with you for either an exchange or partial refund of the purchase price (excluding postage costs). All refunds and exchanges will require a return of the original item at the buyers expense.

••• SPELLING ERRORS / IMAGE DISPUTES •••
To ensure your stamp is exactly as you would like, we will send you a free digital proof of your stamp within 24-48 hours of your purchase. Please carefully review your proof for any errors. Once you have approved and confirmed your proof to be accurate, we will begin creating your stamp. You will be expected to accept all responsibility for errors in the image content after final approval.

I NEED THIS RUSHED. CAN I GET THIS BY *THIS DATE*?

• U.S/Domestic Rush Order Upgrades are available for purchase in our shop on a limited quantity excepted per week. Please visit our shop to find out availability.

• Currently we are not providing Rush Order Upgrades for international orders as we can only guarantee our processing time prior to shipping. Depending on your country's import regulations and Customs Office, mail may be delayed.

DO THE STAMPS COME WITH INK PADS?

• Our signature Maple Mount and Unmounted stamps do not come with ink pads. Premium Archival Dye and Pigment Ink pads are available for purchase in our shop.

• Self Inking stamps come preloaded with black water-based ink. Water-based inks are not suitable for glossy and non-porous surfaces.

• If you're unsure what kind of ink will work best for your needs, please don't hesitate to ask. We're always happy to help!

WHERE DO I SEND MY DESIGN(S)/TEXT?

Please send your design(s) to us either through Etsy messaging or to my email at sayabelldesign [!at] gmail.com.

To help build the prefect stamp for you, we will send you a free digital proof within 24-48 hours after we receive your design. We WILL NOT begin processing your stamp until you've approved and confirmed your free proof to be accurate.

Please understand that the quality of your stamp and experience is our primary focus.
