Make Your Mark with SayaBell Stamps

While pursuing an education in graphic design in 2010, I began a small Etsy shop as a way to gain experience and support my college education by creating logos and digital scrapbooking materials. During one class assignment, we had to create a branding package for ourselves as designers. In my research, I stumbled upon using rubber stamps for business cards and logos and absolutely fell in love with the look.

After turning my own logo into a rubber stamp, I decided that I wanted to be able to design and create rubber stamps for others and started SayaBell Stamps (named after my Shiba Inu) in 2012. Since then, my husband and I have been able to quit our jobs to focus on providing great quality rubber stamps for our customers full time and we couldn’t be happier!

To help build the prefect stamp for you, we will send you a free digital proof within 24-48 hours after we receive your design or text. Please respond to the proof as soon as possible. If no response is received after 7 days, we will proceed to make the stamp as is.

Returns and exchange details
In a perfect world, everything is perfect. Fortunately, we're all human and mistakes can happen.

Please contact us if you are unhappy with your stamp. Your experience is very important to us and we would love an opportunity to work with you.

••• GENERAL RETURN POLICY •••
We want your purchase to be a positive experience but if for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item(s) and we will work with you for either an exchange or partial refund of the purchase price (excluding postage costs). All refunds and exchanges will require a return of the original item at the buyers expense.

••• SPELLING ERRORS / IMAGE DISPUTES •••
To ensure your stamp is exactly as you would like, we will send you a free digital proof of your stamp within 24-48 hours of your purchase. Please carefully review your proof for any errors. Once you have approved and confirmed your proof to be accurate, we will begin creating your stamp. You will be expected to accept all responsibility for errors in the image content after final approval.
If no response is received after 7 days, we will proceed to make the stamp as is and a refund for any errors in the image content on the stamp will be forfeited.

As usual please contact us first and we will be happy to work with you.

We accept both Paypal and Credit Card.

• • • CANCELLATIONS • • •
Cancellations may be made only until the proof is approved. Once the proof is approved, the stamp moved into production. If the buyer decides to cancel anyway a 50% refund will be offered.
We keep the right to cancel any order, at any moment if we consider we cannot produce it either by the graphic sent, the design required or the timeline requested.

WHAT ARE THE MOUNT OPTIONS?

• UNMOUNTED/CLING FOAM STAMPS
The unmounted options includes the rubber attached to static cling foam which allows you to stick onto the acrylic stamp block (not included) without the need for adhesive.
NOTE: The unmounted stamps do not come with a mount or handle

• MAPLE WOOD MOUNT
This option comes mounted on a classic Wood Block with your design carefully engraved on top. Ready to stamp right out of the box. Great for gifts too.

• MOUNT W/ HANDLE
This option includes the stamp mounted onto a Wood Block with a Walnut Handle added to the top.

• SELF INKING
The self inking stamps include the stamp and ink all-in-one housed in a plastic Trodat unit.

HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET THE STAMP(S)?

• Our current processing time is between 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri), prior to shipping.

DO THE STAMPS COME WITH INK PADS?

• Our stamps to not include ink pads with purchase. Premium Archival Dye and Pigment Ink pads are available for purchase in our shop.

• Self Inking stamps come preloaded with black water-based ink. Water-based inks are not suitable for glossy and non-porous surfaces.

• If you're unsure what kind of ink will work best for your needs, please don't hesitate to ask. We're always happy to help!

WHAT FILE TYPE DO YOU NEED?

•Preferred file types•
PDF, PNG, JPG, EPS, AI, or SVG.

If possible, please provide your image in a large, high resolution (300dpi) format. The larger your image, the more details I can get and the clearer the stamps will be.
