Hello! Thank you for taking the time to check out my shop. If there is a question you have that is not covered by any of my policies, please feel free to get in touch. I will follow all policies as written, but I do understand life so I can be flexible. I am always willing to answer any questions, concerns, confusions, or anything else! Please ask me anything!

If you would like to use a credit card, then PayPal is the way to go! PayPal is a third party credit card processor that keeps all of your transaction information secure. If you don't want to set up an account with them, that is ok! You can pay as a guest. If you have any questions about PayPal's service, please feel free to ask me, or go to and check it out.

I accept only United States Postal Service Money Orders. If you are from a place outside of the United States, PayPal is the best and only way to go. I apologize to my friends outside of the US!
I ship within 48 hours of receiving your payment (excluding custom orders). I ship using the United States Postal Service, and the shipping costs on my listings are honestly an estimate. I charge the same shipping costs for pretty much everything...and I think they are fair. They do not include insurance, or anything other than the cheapest shipping the post office provides. I make sure that items are packaged in a way that will get them to you safely and effectively. In order to keep my shipping costs down, I use whatever is available so sometimes my stuff shows up in an Amazon box. Reduce, reuse, recycle.

If you want something shipped in any way other than I have described above, you should send me an email and I will give you a more specific amount to get it to you faster.

For international folks: I am not responsible for paying for any duties, customs, fees, anything that is associated with getting the item into your country. Please know what you will have to pay for those fees before you buy.
Refunds and Exchanges
I am proud of my work, and try to be as clear about what you are buying as possible, but I know that buying on the web doesn't give you the chance to really touch and see an item before you buy it. I want you to take the chance and know that you can return something if you have a problem with it. That being said, please be nice. :D

If you get something and it's not what you wanted because the color wrong, or you thought it was one way but now you see it's not, but you see something else in my shop that is more what you would like I will happily exchange it for you within seven (7) days as long as it is not damaged. Just send me an email and we can work it out.

My house has a cat and two dogs who occasionally burn incense. If you are allergic to cats, dogs, incense, or wool, don't buy this stuff! :D If you really, really want something and have allergies, first, thanks! Second, let me know and I can make sure the materials in your item don't come in my house.
