Scarlett & Company is inspired by our miniature dachshund named, Scarlett. Since 2012 we have been handcrafting unique one-of-a-kind vintage inspired pet tags and pet décor items. Each Pet Tag is completely unique, made to order and is created out of an authentic Scrabble tile that is hand chosen to match with your pets first initial. We then place a custom design with your pet's contact info on a wood tile and finish with 3 layers of water-resistant resin to seal in the design and ensure maximum protection from the elements. Pet Tags are water-resistant not waterproof and should not be worn well bathing or swimming for example. Tag size is approximately 0.75 inch x 0.75 inch.

| TREAT JARS |
Treat Jars are hand etched and never painted! This hand etching creates a unique store bought look which is sure to make a statement on your counter. Our Treat Jars do have a chalkboard adhesive design which we would recommend only hand washing with care.

| REFUNDS |
Your satisfaction is very important to us! Returns will not be accepted on custom orders unless there is a legitimate defect or error made. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping with delivery confirmation (tracking number) as requested. Upon arrival back to me I will issue your refund minus original shipping costs.

Custom orders are personalized therefore non-refundable nor are they exchangeable. If however there is an error with your personalized item please message me direct to resolve.

| CREATION TIME |
Orders will be created and shipped within approximately 1-2 weeks once payment has been received. Large orders or orders with missing / incorrect details may be subject to slightly longer wait times. All our items are MADE TO ORDER so your patience is appreciated.

| SHIPPING TIME |
Orders should arrive between 1-2 weeks after your order has shipped. Please note, pet tag orders do not come standard with tracking numbers and are shipped via regular post.
