PRINT QUALITY:
My prints are produced on top-rated crystal archive museum-quality photo paper. All of my prints are done with a Lustre finish. Lustre has a semi-gloss look with a slight pebble-like finish which minimizes reflections and hides fingerprints. Lustre papers display pure whites and superb color with an exceptional color image stability and sharpness. Photos will last for a lifetime without any signs of fading.

I do all photography and all prints will be signed on the back unless otherwise noted.

Sizing details

Print sizes can be found in the individual listings. Sizes are in inches and refer to the image and paper size as my photographs are printed without a border. Prints do not come framed.

EXPRESS SHIPPING and TRACKING

Please contact me and I will be happy to assist you as best I can and revise the order according to rush delivery prices.

Tracking numbers will not be provided to reduce shipping costs. If you would like a tracking number added I will have to charge according to standard fees.

Shipping outside of the United States can sometimes incur additional fees or customs charges on large size orders. The buyer will be responsible for these charges if they occur. *Returns are not accepted due to customs charges.

REFUNDS and EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied or unhappy with your purchase I will be more than happy to accommodate you via refund or exchange. You will be responsible for returning photographs in their original condition and original package must be obtained in order to qualify for a refund or exchange. I will refund the money via Paypal only after the items have been returned in their original state.

Canvas gallery wraps, framed prints, and custom orders on prints larger than 8x10" involving changes such as cropping, orientation or conversion to black and white cannot be returned.

Exceptions for damaged custom orders: please contact me with detailed photographs of the original packaging and damaged materials.
