Can I request a specific pattern you have on another design?

Yes! If It's just a pattern change there is a $5 fee!

Can you print a digital download for me instead and ship it to me or a friend as a gift?

Yes I can! Choose the add on printing package when you place your order. Gift wrapping is available for an extra fee- message me for details.

Can I request a specific scripture or quote or song you do not have?

Yes! Send a message and we'll work it out. Please note there is additional fee for this based on request.

Custom and personalized orders

I love custom orders! Depending on what you need most custom orders include a fee that starts at $10. Send me a message however, so we can figure out what you need and I'm happy to give you a quote.

Wholesale availability

Yes I am definitely available for wholesale orders! Send me a convo or an e-mail!

Custom and personalized orders

I LOVE custom orders! Please know that these typically take a little longer to create but, if you are in a rush I will absolutely try to accommodate you. Additionally, these orders are usually exempt from sales and free shipping. They cannot be returned but, in the event they are damaged in shipping or there is a concern I need to address I will work with you to resolve and replace the item (s).

Official shop hours are Mon-Friday 9am-4pm eastern standard time. Occasionally, I may respond to things you ask but, in general I am available during these hours.

Damaged items or Concerns about Product

If you receive a damaged item please contact me within 48 hours or delivery and do not discard any of the packaging. I will need photos to file a claim and if it is found they were damaged in shipping I will absolutely work with you to replace your product.

If you receive something and you do not feel it is what you were expecting please message me so I can discuss your concerns and from there make it right.

Finally, please note I am not responsible for any shipment delays or lost packages by the USPS. Once an item leaves my hands it is out of my control the path and time to arrive but, I will work to assist you until received if you please reach out to me.

Returns & Exchanges

I do not allow returns for "Buyer's remorse" however, if something is damaged or not what you expected please reach out to me to discuss so I can work with you to reach a solution. I want you to be HAPPY with your purchase from my shop.

I allow exchange in some instances but, you are responsible for any shipping costs to and from for the swap. Ex: I ordered 5x7 but, wish I could do 8x10 instead. Most items this is allowed but, please see my exceptions list. If your purchase was "free shipping" please note I will deduct a fee from your return/exchange for that expense.

Please know that seasonal, custom, personalized, and sale items are never returnable or exchangeable, even those missed because of shipping carriers. Grateful!
