Thanks for checking out my new shop, which I've started because my other jewelry shop evolved from a craft shop selling cards, into a catch-all jewelry shop and now into mostly custom bridal/bridesmaid jewelry. It's gotten a bit confusing and hard to promote that kind of mixed bag, so this is where I will offer a limited edition, more focused jewelry collection.

I'm a loyal Etsy user, having been a seller (and occasional buyer) for about five years now, and the community of people I've met and served here is dear to me. Thanks for also being a part of this expansive web of creative people and customers who appreciate the personal quality of handmade, independent art & design!

Returns and exchanges
Please contact me with any questions or concerns and if something goes wrong I'll do my best to make it up to you. I don't guarantee any refunds or exchanges, but please contact me for discussion if there's an issue.
Payment
I welcome PayPal (fastest and most efficient option) or credit card payments. Once payment clears, I ship purchases via USPS first-class mail (unless customer requests and pays for other shipping means.)

If I don't receive payment for an item by 3 days after checking out with an item, I will cancel the sale and leave neutral or negative feedback.
Shipping
I attempt to ship things out within a couple days (sometimes the same day!), and am pleased to have lots of positive feedback (in my other stores) from customers because of this effort.

Once out of my hands, it is the U.S. Postal Service's responsibility. Shipping to certain international locations may cause delays as packages go through customs. Contact me if you have not received an item within 14 days of payment. Typically packages to Australia, N.Z. and certain regions of Europe and Canada seem to arrive in about 10 days or often fewer; items to the U.K., Italy and some parts of Canada sometimes take longer....don't know why!

Please make sure your Etsy address matches your payment address, and if it doesn't, contact me to confirm which is the proper one to use for shipping.

If you'd like insurance, a tracking numnber or expedited shipping contact me PRIOR to checking out so I can adjust shipping cost on the listing.
Additional policies and FAQs
I don't haggle over prices and I'm not doing trades at this time. My shipping costs are inclusive of my shipping materials, lots of time spent wrapping/packaging, gas and time spent on constant post office trips on top of the actual postage price.
