We have over 50+ different scent options for our Snap Bar/Clamshell waxmelts.
We recently updated the waxes for our candles and melts. Aside from soy wax, we now have rapeseed and coconut wax as well. Coconut and rapeseed wax are amongst the most sustainable and eco-friendly wax which is great for a non-toxic and cleaner burn.
You can read through the description area which wax is used for each products. If you wish to request which wax you would like your candle or wax melts is made then please don't hesitate to send us a message. However, all Pillar Candles are only available in Soy.

Gift wrapping and packaging
We can gift wrap your order if you request for it (we just need you to tell us in advance). We will make sure to package your order with extra protection to avoid any broken items or damages however we reserve the right to claim that in some circumstances, during the shipment of your parcel it is possible that damages maybe unavoidable. Contact us ASAP if you received your parcel with damage.
Custom and personalised orders
In some of our candles we offer personalize or customize label with your own preference. You have to select it in the option and provide us the necessary information. (Note: our logo is visible in the label)

Wholesale availability

Care instructions
Candle with care ❤. Care instructions are visible on our items. On vessel candles, handmade perfumes and diffusers you can find them on the bottom part of the containers. On tea candles, wax melts or soaps, it's paste right at the bottom or back part of the box.
How long after I place an order, for you to make or process my "made to order" items?
Right after we received your order, we will go ahead and begin the process of your made to order items. This is ofc during working hours, meaning if you place your order after 6PM then we will begin the process first thing in the morning.
