5 out of 5 starsThis is a long overdue review of a gorgeous bible, customized to exactly what I asked. We worked together over several months to get it just right, so, if you are looking for an "off the shelf" quick turnaround, this is not your place. HOWEVER, for something as worthy as the BIBLE - which I wanted as a LEGACY BIBLE, due to fighting a terminal canacer - it is worth the wait. The leather is high quality and the binding as well. I like the fact that if something goes wrong later, they will stand behind their product and work to fix it. Hope that doesn't happen with my bible, but peace of mind nontheless. Thank you for providing me with such a beautiful bible!

5 out of 5 starsI ordered a Bible as a gift, and ended getting the engraving as well! We had wanted hand drawn flowers on the front cover and they worked with us to get the Bible absolutely perfect, down to the smallest detail!! We got multiple pictures throughout the process to help us get exactly what we wanted! I would recommend this business to anyone, they were so friendly (even when I changed my mind on how I wanted it to look) and quick to respond! Be sure to order ahead as it takes a little while to get, but it is so worth the wait! You can tell the time and effort that goes into each step to make each of the Bible’s! This is definitely an heirloom, I can’t say enough good things!!

5 out of 5 starsThey are sooooo wonderful at Schaeffner I don’t think I could ever replace their service!!! They found my Bible size which took time, they listened to me and explained the differences in the leathers to me. When I received my Bible, it was as perfect as the Word that is inside!!!! It is just beautiful!! And I love it!!! Thank you and may God continue to bless your beautiful family business!! Unfortunately, I fear that everyone will be envious of it that’s where I come in and tell them where they may also get one too!! I love you guys!!!Thanks again Kathryn

5 out of 5 starsI had a Hebrew Bible recovered for a family member. I was blown away by the beautiful job they did on it, even to duplicating the engraving that was on the original cover. The recipient cried tears of joy when she received it. I highly recommend Schaeffner Co!!

5 out of 5 starsThis burgundy Bible cover looks fantastic! The a Bible itself is really nice as well. The Bible that comes in the case is a Steadfast Bibles LSB. My one very minor gripe is that I prefer rounded page corners corners (especially on this Bible because the first few and last few pages have a tendency to catch on the Bible cover), and I also prefer pages that have golden fore-edges, but besides that, I love everything about this Bible!

Brian is Schaeffner Co’s founder. He wanted to have his first study Bible rebound. When he learned that it would take a year and cost several hundred dollars, he learned how to rebind his own Bible. He formed Schaeffner Co in 2021.

Mark joined Schaeffner Co in late 2021. Initially he took care of the many things that keep a business going. At Brian’s urging, Mark also learned Bible binding, and he fell in love with it. He now works in all aspects of the business.

Megan joined the team in early 2023. She is a leader on her church's worship team and felt God's call to join the team. Megan does marketing and makes Bibles. She also lends her musical talents to the team, creating background music for our videos.

Connie joined the team in late 2022. We needed help getting Bibles built, so she became an expert on text block breakdown and stitching new covers. She has quickly become an indispensable part of the team!
