I accept Paypal.

If using Paypal, payment must be received within 48 hours of purchase. Any orders which remain unpaid beyond this time-frame will be subject to cancellation and appropriate feedback may be left.

If there are extenuating circumstances preventing you from working within my payment policies, please email or convo me immediately so we can discuss the situation. I'm very understanding and flexible, as long as I'm kept in the loop.
Domestic Shipping

My default shipping policies are as follows:

All items will be shipped within three business days of receipt of your payment. Your item will be sent via First Class Mail with delivery confirmation.

I will pack your item using bubble wrap, tissue paper, and a suitable mailer or box, appropriately sized for your purchase. I always take great care to ensure your new handmade bead(s) will arrive in mint condition.

Please note that while I take every care to ensure your glass creation arrives in perfect shape, I can not be responsible for any damage incurred during the shipping process. To be safe, it’s always advisable to request to purchase insurance on your item.


Should you want your item sent via Priority Mail or Express Mail, or wish to include insurance on your item, please contact me BEFORE purchasing, so that I can invoice you appropriately at checkout for the upgraded shipping.

When opting for upgraded shipping, I will charge you for the cost of the upgraded option, and nothing more. It is not my policy to pad my shipping costs for profit.

International Shipping

Bead lovers come from all corners of the globe: I know this because I’ve had the pleasure of teaching lampworking to students from as far away as Thailand, Sweden, Australia, and Singapore!

Currently, my Etsy shop is not set up to ship internationally; however, I am open to discussing options with any international buyers. If you’d like one of my items shipped outside of the United States, please convo me so I can research shipping rates for your purchase, and we can discuss the feasibility of shipping internationally.

International buyers - please note: You will be responsible for paying any duty, taxes, tariffs, or other fees charged by your country. Also, I will not label an international package as a gift in order to avoid paying duty / taxes on it.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with what you have purchased from me. I am willing to issue refunds for any items which have flaws in workmanship, or differ significantly from the description. Please let me know as soon as you receive the item if there is a problem, and we will make arrangements for you to send it back to me, and for me to make a refund. I'm sorry, but I can not issue refunds due to buyers remorse, or the buyer failing to read and understand the item's description.

I am flexible in the case of returns for reasons other than workmanship / defects, but I need to be informed of the problem within three days of receiving your purchase. Please convo me and we can discuss it.

No refunds can be made until the item(s) are back in my possession. Also, please understand that you will be responsible for shipping costs to send the item back and any expenses I have incurred in sending the items to you.
Additional policies and FAQs
A Note on Glass
Glass is an incredible medium: it absorbs or transmits light, and changes it. It can morph in color from one room to another. It can be pooled densely or pulled into impossibly thin and fragile points. I’ve spent nearly a quarter of my lifetime exploring and enjoying its unique, beautiful quirks and challenges.

That being said, it’s important to also acknowledge that glass is, by nature, fragile. While I anneal all my beads in a professional-grade kiln, glass items need to be treated with a little extra care. Your beads will be strong and durable for everyday wear, but it's important not to drop them or wear them in such a way that they will be banging up against hard surfaces. Also for this reason, glass beads should not be given to young children, who might put them in their mouth, or bang the beads around.

I guarantee that all beads listed on my site are free of flaws and cracks. Please be aware also that the appearance of color in glass can vary significantly based on lighting. I have made every effort to ensure that all pictures of my items are the best representation possible of the color and quality of my glass beads. As monitors can vary greatly, I try to give an accurate color description in the text as well.

Wholesale & Custom Orders
Wholesale discounts can be made based on the amount of your purchase, but the minimum (retail) purchase will need to be $300 or greater. Please convo me for further information. I'm sorry, but I am unable to take custom orders at this time.
