Stunning items - I'm really p,eased with them. The packaging was excellent. Very friendly comms and I was kept informed throughout the transaction. I will certainly buy from again.

Accepted payment methods
I expect payment through paypal on checkout. If you´re having trouble checking out...I will be glad to help you. If there is a specific problem, I am always willing to work with you as long as I am notified within 3 days. If I do not hear from you in 3 days, I will cancel sale and leave negative feedback.
*CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD CUSTOMERS - You do not need a Paypal account to pay for your items through Paypal! Choose the Paypal option during checkout. After you submit your order, click the "pay now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with credit or debit card without having to sign up for a Paypal account. Thank you!
I only ship with insurance if you request it. If you do request insurance, please send me a message telling me so, and wait for me to send you an updated invoice before you pay.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (outside Portugal): International customers are responsible for any and/or all Customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries, should they be assessed. Most country's Customs agencies open and/or assess fees to a random selection of packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and I am not responsible for those charges. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency. I ship from Portugal (Europe).
SHIPPING TIME: I ship in the next seven days, if any delay is expected I would contact the buyer. Excluding weekends and holidays.
PACKAGING: Sometimes I will use recycled boxes, IF your order requires a box. If you prefer something new, please tell me.
Refunds and Exchanges
DAMAGE: If an item is broken in shipment, I will ask you to take a picture (with package included and require it returned to me for repair...I will not replace/repair it without proof.
LOSSES: I am not responsible for loss of packages in the mail
