Are your stickers suitable for outdoor use?
No. Unfortunately, they are not at the moment. This is due to how I make my stickers. All stickers in my shop are made by me in-house. Stickers are scratch and water-resistant, but are NOT waterproof. They should still be handled with care and not be put on outdoor surfaces.
When will my order ship?
All orders are fulfilled by myself. Orders take 2-4 weeks to ship. Due to COVID-19 or other unforeseen events shipping has been delayed. Make sure to check the estimated shipping date for your order.
My item was damage in trasit! What should I do?
I do everything I can to ensure your order will come to you undamaged. Sometimes, even with warning labels on packages, things can get damaged in transit. As this is out of my control, I have no problem sending you a new item one time free of charge. If an item is somehow damaged a second time, I may need to ask you to buy another print/sticker. This is also a case-by-case issue. If you have any concerns you can contact me at any time about your order before and after you have revived it! I answer most emails within 24 hours.
Why can't I buy a plush if I live in the EU?
Unfortunately due to new laws that went into effect as of July 2021, I am unable to sell plushies to UK/EU customers. I am a small business and do everything myself and do not have the means to comply with these laws at the moment. If this changes I will make an announcement on my social media accounts! Items were missing from my order! What should I do?
Unfortunately, I make mistakes and on rare occasions forget to ship items in an order. If this happens please contact me within 48 HOURS after receiving your package and please provide pictures of all the items you did receive along with what your package was shipped in.
