About

So, this is the one that started it all...

One day, just started crocheting. Then...did some more. Then...did a WHOLE lot more.

We like the idea of homemade, well, anything - to that end, we like to keep one hand in the pot, so to speak.

I myself have been crafting in some form or another since I was a young child, and have continued throughout my life. I love trying out and teaching myself new things and always marvel at how my vision can be totally different from my initial thought processes and the final product itself.

I have always liked to keep my hands busy, so my favorite form of expression to that end is crocheting, but not (obviously) limited to just yarn and threads. Beads, bells, buttons, glass beads, yarns, and threads all fascinate me - so I will continue to create as long as I can. Enjoy!

Payment
At this time, I only accept PayPal as it is one of the safest and most convenient methods for all concerned. Their policies make it easy, quick, and efficient for you the buyer, as well as me, the seller.

All orders must be paid within three (3) days of purchase - then I will ship the item(s). If you have not either made your payment or contacted me within that three (3) day time frame to negotiate flexibility, then I will re-list the item and cancel your order.
Shipping
I believe my shipping charges are extremely reasonable and accurately adjusted for the different types of items I sell. Unless it isn't possible, I will ship using the USPS Flat Rate shipping option to make sure that your purchase gets to you in a timely fashion and to keep shipping costs to a minimum.

Any shipping out of the U.S. will incur additional fees as required by customs, and are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees will be meticulously researched and passed on to the customer at the time of purchase. If you have any special requests for out-of-country shipping, you must approach me with those requests at the time of purchase. I will do my best to accommodate any special requests and let you know if (for whatever reason) your request(s) cannot happen.

I will insure purchases of at least $50. If you require delivery confirmation, I will provide it on purchases of at least $25, but this needs to be requested at the time of purchase. I can accommodate overnight delivery - it will be charged at my local service's One Day/Overnight fee.

If you are local, (within a 20-40 mile radius), I would suggest that you talk to me and we can make arrangements as to when you might be running errands or have business close by; rather than dealing with a shipping fee, we can meet up or you can pick up your purchase from me.

If you are gifting your purchase or otherwise sending it to someone else and would like me to send the item(s) directly to them instead, please approach me before I start shipping. For a nominal fee (which will be agreed upon based on this conversation), I will ship to that address.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you would like a refund, you must contact me within seven (7) days after you receive your item(s) and give a brief reason as to why you need the refund. When you return the purchase, it must be in new condition - not used, broken, or damaged in any way. Any return shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Once I receive the item(s), I will cheerfully refund your purchase price minus my initial shipping costs.

For exchanges, I will gladly exchange an item (within the seven (7) day time frame), but be advised that since most everything I make is one-of-a-kind, chances are good that the closest exchange would be with a similar item only. I can work with you to find an appropriate substitute in my catalog of items.
Additional policies and FAQs
I gladly do custom orders, but bear in mind that they are non-returnable. If you wish for anything custom, please be aware that I require a down payment of at least 40% of the actual cost before work starts. Please remember that the down payment is non-refundable once I start work on the order, even if you change your mind. The remainder of payment will be due before the item(s) can be shipped.

I will ship First Class USPS and insure custom orders and, as always, you may request delivery confirmation to be sure of safe delivery.
