I am happy to accept PayPal for all purchases. Payment must be made within 48 hours of purchase, or the sale will be cancelled.

TN residents must pay 9.75% sales tax.
I ship via the USPS Monday through Friday, unless there is a postal holiday. Purchases made after noon (Eastern time) on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.

I will ship your items as cost-effectively as I can, through USPS First Class, Parcel Post, or Priority Mail Flat Rate. If you would like delivery via an alternative method, please contact me to make arrangements.

Please bear in mind that the cost of shipping is not limited to the postage, but includes the packing materials which protect your items on their way to you.

International shipping is available! Please contact me for more details.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me as soon as possible if you have any concerns with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your item, I will refund the purchase price and shipping once I receive the item back.

Any used items are, of course, non-returnable. Yarn must be returned in the original skein for a refund.

I am working as hard as I can to be reasonable with shipping costs. If the actual costs to ship an item are over what I have charged you, I will pay the difference and there will be no additional charge to you. If the actual shipping costs are greater than $2 less than what you were charged, I will happily refund the difference to you.
Additional policies and FAQs
All goods sold in my shop are made by my (or my wife's) hands. This means there may be subtle differences between lots, despite our best efforts to make our products as consistently as possible. The photographs of the items are as close to the true coloring as possible, but do remember that different monitors may display colors differently.

As always, please, please, please feel free to ask any other questions you may have. I hope your experience shopping with me is as fun as mine is, making these items.

I am certainly amenable to doing custom work. Please contact me with your requests and we'll see what we can do.

Wholesale soap and lotion orders are also most welcome. I would be happy to work with small, locally-owned business on exclusive designs, bases, or scents. Please contact me for more details.
