Returns and exchange details
If you'd like to return your item:
Contact me within: 5 days from delivery.
Ship your item back within: 14 days from delivery.
Request a cancellation within: 1 day from purchase.
Shipping costs for return will not be refunded.
Ship your item back with a certified and tracked service.
Once your order will be here we will process your refund.
Refund will be given on the price of the item, shipping cost not included.
RETURN/REFUND won't be given to:
Unclaimed packs or wrong/incomplete address.
Return shipping without tracking number.
Items returned damaged, defective or used.
Custom orders or items on sale
Be sure to fill the Customs Declaration Form (CN22) correctly:
choose "OTHER" from check boxes
describe the product as "RETURNED ITEM"
mark the value as "ZERO"
If you incorrectly fill CN22 and I will be asked to pay the custom charge, then I will refuse your returned items and the shipping will return back to you again.
Shipping
This service is tracked. The ETA is 6-15 working days.
Please contact us for Express Shipping (FedEx, Ups, Dhl), there will be an additional price to pay for it. This service is tracked & signed. The ETA is 3-5 working days.
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes; it must be a home or business.
Add your phone/mobile number, couriers need it to reach you if you are not at home.
