I welcome you to kick back and take a look at all of the amazing little pieces of jewelry and wire kippot that I have available.
All of my items start out with a walk around my local park or through a botanic garden to take a look at all of the amazing things that nature provides.
If you see something that you love, but not the right color just let me know! I am happy to adjust the colors of a style if you like.
Payment is due at time of purchase. Half payment is due at time of order for Alchemy with the remainder due when the order is ready to be shipped.
All orders usually ship within 5-7 days. I send out my products USPS ground. Please let me know if you would like it sent out a different way and I will make every effort to accommodate you. I cannot be responsible for post office delays or lost merchandise. The buyer may request insurance at an additional cost. The cost of shipping does not include insurance.
ALL PACKAGES WILL BE MAILED TO YOUR PAYPAL ADDRESS, UNLESS OTHERWISE INSTRUCTED. You can contact me via convo, include a message to seller when you purchase or include a message with your PayPal receipt. Please do so prior to shipping so your packages goes where you want it to go.
Refunds and Exchanges
I am happy to exchange any item (except for rings) in my shop for another item or give you store credit for a purchase at a later date.
Please make sure that you request the correct size of ring as I cannot adjust the size without creating a whole new ring, and therefore will need to charge an additional $30 for a new ring. As most of my jewelry is one of a kind, if requesting an exchange for the same item (a ring in a different size for example), there may be a slight variation in the stones or wire wrapping.
Buyer will pay for return shipping on any returned item.
All returned jewelry must be in the same condition as it was received in (unworn).
I will try my very best to make you happy with your purchase, so please contact me with any questions or concerns. All of my items are shipped in boxes and padded envelopes, so there shouldn't be any damage during shipping; however, if this happens, I will fix the damage for no additional charge.
PLEASE CONTACT ME WITHIN ONE WEEK (7 DAYS) OF RECEIVING DAMAGED ITEMS FOR EXCHANGE.
