Announcement I"m back ! I reopened so I could offer high quality, handmade masks to help people stay safe in these uncertain times. Each mask is made by me from 100% cotton remnants so you can protect yourself and support a small, sustainable business.
I have been making and donating masks to local healthcare workers and I decided to use those skills to the public so that I can raise money for my fashion house which is currently on pause. I will continue to volunteer my masks while I try to keep myself afloat, your purchase is greatly appreciated !

This store allows me to combine my skills as an artist and fashion designer with my love for the environment. Instead of producing fast fashion , I create one of a kind and one of a few items that reflect my commitment to resourcefulness and recycling. Each piece is handmade by me from upcycled materials in a smoke free studio.

Stylish, sturdy, sustainable!

I started Scrapcycling as a way to use fabric swatches from design projects. I've learned so many new things from how to keep perfecting my photos to things I'd never thought about like SEO, social media promotion, shipping profiles and content creation. I am committed to creating eco friendly items from reclaimed materials that are as close to zero waste as possible. Because of this commitment, I've been inspired by the Japanese technique of Boro, which is a means of celebrating mending and the creation of new textiles from old, scrap products. I use the materials I have on hand to put my own spin on this ancient technique while still infusing the original spirit of the process into each item. Stay tuned for fashion items, I plan to incorporate this technique into garments soon!
