Frequently asked questions

What is the Processing Time for these shirts?

If you purchased this item to be sent via regular mail, your item will be mailed using USPS, first class mail. Completed shirts will be sent in 3-5 business days. If you upgraded the shipping to priority mail or overnight mail, the processing time is still 3-5 business days, but the shipping time will be shortened.

Can I do a Return or Exchange?

I can only accept returns or exchanges on items that are not customized. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached to be returned. If the shirt is a holiday shirt (customized or not), the shirt must be post marked PRIOR to the holiday for a refund. All returns or exchanges must be processed within 30 days of purchase.

I cannot accept a return or exchange on customized items even if the shirt size is incorrect. Designs on black or grey are not custom, designs on other color shirts are considered custom and are not returnable or exchangable.

Can you do custom designs?

I am always open to custom requests when my shop is not too busy! If you don't see something you want, send me a message and I would be happy to discuss what you are looking for. If your design is one that can easily be resold in my shop, I only charge my normal store prices to create your design idea. If you are looking for something more unique, just give me some details and I will be happy to put together pricing options for you.

How quickly are questions answered?

I am always happy to answer any question you might have! I try to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours, but I have had some issues with my Etsy convos not going through in the past. If you do not hear from me within that time frame, please feel free to email me at rachel at scrapendipitydesigns dot com.
