Announcement   Welcome to Scrapping Innovations!

Most orders require 4 weeks from purchased deposit to "must have by" date for standard pricing. Rush orders may be accepted for additional fees- please contact us for availability and pricing.

A Deposit listing will hold your spot as well as lock your price. As we book up, we will have a waiting list. If an order is completed early, we may accept an additional order(s). Please discuss your specific time frame with us to make sure everything runs perfectly!

Just a reminder:
* A minimum of 10 candle lanterns will be required per order, unless otherwise stated in listing details.
*Dinner menus- There is a $15 set up/design fee for each menu design. A minimum order of 100 will be required. This fee is waived with the purchase of coordinating programs and menus in the same order.
*Programs- There is a $35 set up/design fee per program layout and requires a minimum order of 100.

I can and will ship outside the US- just ask for a shipping rate!

Welcome to Scrapping Innovations! We are a family owned and operated business specializing in custom-made paper products and accessories. We can create anything from invitations to personalized party favors to accent your special occasions. If you do not see what you are looking for, just ask! We can accommodate most requests!
All items come from a pet-free and non-smoking facility.

Payment
We prefer PayPal, but also accept money orders and personal checks. Please note that we do not start your custom order until payment has been accepted and your check has been cleared.
Shipping
Standard shipping rates are for USPS. Purchased samples are shipped in a new bubble mailer and free color swatches are shipped in a standard envelope, both via 1st class mail. USPS priority mail is used for most customized orders: flat rate boxes and envelopes are used when applicable to minimize shipping charges. Tracking/delivery confirmation is included with all priority mail shipments.

Insurance is NOT included in most orders. However, it can be purchased.

Items are shipped as they are completed based on readiness and event date. we will notify via convo or email when the order has left our facility.

To help reduce waste and keep shipping costs low, we try to re-use boxes and packing materials. Please notify us if NEW packaging is required.
All Bubble mailer and flat rate envelopes/boxes are new.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want to make you happy! Since most of our listings are custom orders, we will provide watermarked samples (PDFs) of your design prior to printing. Written approval by email or convos are required to complete the order. Once the order has been approved, no refunds will be given for incorrect information. If an order needs to be cancelled, the buyer is responsible for the payment on the completed portion of the order. Please ask if you have any questions or concerns.

Gift Services are available on most orders. Services include, but are not limited to: gift box, gift wrapping,and card/note service. Please let us know if the item is a gift and which service you would like to include in your purchase. Gift service fees will be added to your listing prior to payment.
