Welcome to the ScrappyPam Designs Etsy Shop! I am a stamp, ink and paper artist who loves to get her fingers inky! In my Etsy Shop you will find all sorts of projects that use stamps, paper and ink, along with other items that may catch your fancy.

All items come from a smoke-free and cat-free environment.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from the ScrappyPam Designs Etsy shop, please convo me immediately upon receipt of your item(s). Your satisfaction is important to me!

Returns: Please convo me immediately upon receipt of your purchase with details of the problem. All returns must be shipped back to me at your expense within seven days of delivery. Once the item is returned, you will receive store credit for the cost of the item. Shipping charges are not refunded.
Payment
ScrappyPam Designs accepts PayPal, all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Etsy gift cards.

You are responsible for any applicable sales and/or use taxes, VAT or other duties/fees on your purchases from ScrappyPam Designs. I am not responsible for any taxes/duties/fees owed on your purchase of my products.

Buyers in the state of Alabama (U.S.) will be charged state sales tax. Also, Etsy may charge sales tax for other states.

No personal checks / money orders accepted.

Shipping
Items will be shipped within 2-5 business days upon receipt of order.

All items are carefully packed to help ensure that they arrive in the same condition as when they are purchased.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. USPS Priority Mail provides fast shipping times (usually 2-4 days) as well as $100 worth of FREE insurance for every package. It also allows you to track your order, so you know when to expect your package.

Local buyers please convo me before purchase if you'd like to arrange for a pick up instead of shipment.
