I would love to help you create a fabulous event! All of my items are made from high-quality, name brand cardstock. Every item is cut, glue and assembled by me - by hand.

Invitations
Proof pics will be provided for approval before they go to print. Three sets of the proofs are included with the cost of the invitations (does not include my mistakes). If additional proofs are needed, there is a $5.00 fee per proof set that must be paid before additional pictures are sent.
Customer is responsible for approving proof pics. I will not be responsible for mistakes not corrected by customer.
Shipping delays
**PLEASE EXPECT POSSIBLE POSTAL DELAYS DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC. SHIPPING UPGRADES ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND AVAILABLE AT CHECKOUT.
Once the item is shipped I am no longer responsible for it. I am not liable for any delays/lost items that may have been caused by USPS (this also includes rush orders). I ship all orders in a timely manner and quote delivery times based on USPS current delivery times. If your item doesn't arrive within 5 business days from being shipped out, please contact USPS. Refunds will not be issued.
If your items are returned due to incorrect address or undeliverable address, the additional cost to re-ship your package must be paid before shipment is send to correct address. Refunds will not be given.
Return Procedure
Personalized items and custom items are not eligible for returns. Refunds are not given for packages that do not arrive in time for your event if lost or delayed by the postal service. Please purchase insurance or upgraded shipping.
Items must be returned unused and in original packaging. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery. Items must be received within 14 days of delivery to be considered for refund. Once item is received in original condition, a refund will be issued for the product, minus paid shipping. Items received damaged or in used condition without original packaging, will not be eligible for refund. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges when returning items.

Please note that larger orders may take slightly longer than estimated to process. Please allow a little extra time for completion of your order. Please inquire if needed.
