Here at Scratch Paper Studio (SPS for short) we love stripes, polka dots and paper. Most of all we love creating chic and stylish stationery and gifts that allow you to show off your style and tell your story through stationery.
SPS creates stationery and gifts that offers inspiration, enables you to celebrate life’s big and
small events and to not only find joy in everyday but to spread joy as well. This is the core
of our business and the heart of what drives everything we create.
ABOUT THE NAME
Scratch Paper Studio initially was a name on a list that worked. It was catchy, a little quirky
and gave a clue to what this business was about. Plus I really liked the name and nothing else
sounded right or gave me the feeling I got with this name.
When I really thought about SPS and it’s name I realized it was perfect from the start. I’m a girl who is constantly writing list, sketching ideas, writing down websites to visit, quotes I love on scratch pieces of paper. All those pieces of paper capture the story I want to tell with my
designs, my business and about me. While the name appeared to come to me organically,
I believe there was a divine influence guiding me to this name from the start.
I’m Natasha. I love color, pattern, hand lettering and all things sweet. Most of all, I’m passionate about paper and started Scratch Paper Studio to create pretty stationery and gifts that inspire, celebrate all the events in life and spread joy.

Refunds and Exchanges

Scratch Paper Studio will allow 2 complimentary rounds of edits for your custom and ready made stationery and invitation orders. Any edits requested after those first 2 rounds will be $20.00 for each additional round of edits that are made.
PRINTABLE INVITATIONS AND ART PRINTS
*Colors can vary between computer monitor and what is printed. Slight color variations will occur.
*All Digital files are for PERSONAL use and not for Commercial use or resale
A digital PDF file will be emailed to the email address included at check out after final approval for your design is received. Nothing will be shipped to you. In order to open the PDF file you will need to have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. If you do not have Adobe Reader, it is available at www.adobe.com at no cost to you.
Once you receive your PDF file you can print from home or with your local printer.
Due to the customization of the printable product refunds are not provided.
PRINTING & PAPER
We digitally print all of the items in the shop. If an alternate printing method is desired please send us a convo for more information.
We use 110lb cover stock paper for all stationery items printed in the shop. For select custom orders we can print on heavier paper stocks at your request. The change in paper stock can change the price of your stationery order so if an alternate paper stock is used it will be included in the pricing that is communicated to you.
Please allow 2 to 3 days for your order to process. Custom order request are processed on a different timeline. When a custom order is placed a timeline is provided based on your order request.
CHANGES TO ORDER
If you want to make changes to your order please do so within 24 hours of placing your order. Please send me an email letting me know what changes you would like to make. If you are interested in changing the quantity, please remember this will alter the total price.
Changes to color or fonts on invitations after an edit has been approved will result in additional charges depending on where your order is in the production process.
If you need to cancel your order after it has been purchased please send us a convo immediately. If your order does not include any customization we will cancel your order at no additional charge. If you have placed a custom order fees may be applied based on where your order was in the production process upon cancellation request.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. Will you proofread my design for me?
A. No we do not proofread your order. Each design is edited to your specifications. It is important that you carefully review the proof of your order to ensure all design elements, layout and details like names, dates, times and locations are correct. Once you approve your final proof the design will be printed as approved. We are not responsible for errors discovered after your order is printed. If an order requires a reprint it will be at the listed price for your order quantity.
Q. What customizations can I make to the invitation designs?
A. Our invitations are designed so that you can select colors. A color chart is included with each product listing. When you place your order just include your color choices in the notes to seller or in a separate email.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. At this time Scratch Paper Studio does not ship internationally.
