Free pick up is possible in Neukolln! Please contact me and we will arrange a Covid safe pick up outside my studio during office hours.

GERMANY:
All items are shipping out with Deutsche Post Prio or DHL Paket and come with a tracking number.

EUROPE:
Shipping to EUROPE is operating as normal. All items come with tracked shipping and are shipped via standard mail routes.

EVERYWHERE ELSE (USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA ETC)
All packages are going out with standard mail tracked shipping! There can be delays however most items are arriving within reasonable pre-pandemic time frames. If your mail gets lost, however, I cannot offer refunds with this postal method. I no longer offer expedited and insured courier shipping as it is proving extremely unreliable and more costly for me and does not work faster.

Frequently asked questions

My Item hasn't arrived, what happens next?

If you added tracking to your order I will contact the postal service in charge and let you know of any updates. However these parcels are not insured so refunds or resends are not offered.

Please refer to shipping time estimates to know how long your order should take to arrive.

My item arrived and it's damaged! What now?

Please file a report with your local post office where the damage to the outer packaging and item is reported. I will submit them to the shipping provider and keep you updated with the progress. Packages are not insured however so there is no guarantee for a refund. It is up to the discretion of the shipping provider.

My Print on Demand item is damaged/late! Help!

Print on Demand items have a strict 4 week policy for submission of complaints. If you don't submit your issue within the 4 weeks then I will be unable to refund or resend the item.
