I’m a professional artist who suffers from severe chronic depression and ADHD. Needless to mention, my self esteem isn’t even low; it’s nonexistent. I suffer from INTENSE self hatred and have no sense of self worth. My therapist has a deck and gives me prompts and exercises which are very helpful. I purchased a deck for myself, and it helps me build a sense of wellbeing.

Fun to use with the kiddos in my practice.

My daughters are 10 & 12 and we were talking about mental health. I want them to know they can tell me ANYTHING and I’ll support them. I gave each girl a pack and explained it. They LOVE the cards and have used them to “distract themselves from negative thoughts”. Love the idea and these cards.
